    Service is so bad here for so many reasons,we paid large sign up fee ****** and this was mail service with safe package delivery service that gave notification when package is available for pickup. This used to happen at this business and most of the time packages available same day,this is no longer the case sometimes taking over 1 week and a few times has been several weeks. Employees refuse to look for package no matter how important and display no care attitude. After a few complaints I now feel employees possibly throwing away mail for my box not receiving even junk mail for couple weeks time now. With so many packages missing from so many people who use this service I now believe there is a theft problem internally or simply they cant fit boxes inside and still move around so they stack behind building in alley in area known for theft. I thought I could trust this place to keep my packages safe and deliver them to me in timely manner but now evident I cannot and need to go elsewhere. I would like my signup fee returned and the rest of my prepaid months returned closing my box asap. I have reached out so many times to different employees and the endless see of managers that come and go never lasting long. Your help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

    This business is withholding mail several days after being delivered. I am still missing mail that was delivered on Jan 17th. On numerous occasions, I've been given someone else's packages. Frequently, my mail will be delivered and I will receive an update from Local Local saying they have a package for me. When I arrive they can't find it, I'm forced to leave without my mail and come back another day. Some of the vendors I've purchased from only allow me to dispute is something is wrong with the item within 3 days of delivery. On multiple occasions I've been stuck with damaged items because Local Local will withhold my mail more than 3 days after it's been delivered.

    Local Local Mail, LLC of ******, ******* has had a continual overturn of both management and staff over the last three years and service has gotten steadily worse. Packages are regularly delivered there and lost for weeks to months at a time. Tracking showing delivery to their location is described as having been "scanned before delivery" by the **************** flat-out lies, as the tracking includes GPS at their back door. Last night, I received 5 notices of packages having been checked in. I have nine outstanding tracking numbers that show having been delivered that I have not received. Today, they could only find 3 of my 9 missing packages. This business has ONE FUNCTION. Accept my mail and give it to me when I show up. They have CONSISTENTLY FAILED to not only perform their sole function, there is no explanation or recourse.AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

    We have had such problems with this business in the last six-eight months. They have way oversold their personal mailboxes to the extent that they cannot possibly handle the mail and packages that come in for everyone. They leave the packages and mail behind their business without someone to watch them. They have gotten multiple complaints about missing packages (probably stolen when they leave them out). They are unfriendly and unhelpful. We have a priority mail flat that came in last week (with my husbands paycheck in it), and they have no idea where it is. ***************** Amazon - once they deliver to the address you cannot follow up with them - they say you have to contact LOCAL LOCAL. Useless. I will be severing my contract with them and suing them in small claims court for any missing packages as well as a refund of the annual fee and the set up fee - for breach of contract. I have attached pictures of the packages left behind the store that I took just a couple of days ago.

    On 10/15/2019: We paid 25$ as a deposit for a mailbox from this business.On 08/01/22: We drove 3 hours to **** to close our box and were informed by ******** that we would receive our deposit back as a certified check.On 08/18/22: ******** returned our call and told us they no longer do certified checks and that she would speak to her manager.On 08/25/22: Spoke with ******. She said she will speak with ******** tomorrow.On 08/26/22: Spoke with ********, she contacted the office and was waiting for a response.On 08/30/22: Spoke with ********. She said they had sent the check and that it was in transit.On 09/09/22: My husband called them asking where the check was, they send him a photo of a receipt showing they had sent the check on 09/09/22, not on 08/30/22 as they had said before.On 09/19/22: still do not have the check, so am filing a complaint with BBB. Starting to suspect theft at *****************. I just want my deposit back.
