    Crooks.. advertise properties which are not available. Ask for you to sign a lease just to view properties. Property shown to me was unacceptable, with plumbing problems , unsanitary conditions, overrun with stray cats , loose pets , and trash. When asked to see other properties hit with excuse that they are not available and also have plumbing problems although that are listed to move in. They take your $50 app fee then dont contact you back. Had to call from multiple different phone numbers to contact.. then hung up on by *************** She actually made up a story that I was asking for a bogus lease agreement for funding. I was asking to view the property which was advertised as ready for move in.Yes I was getting assisted so I needed to view and if suitable sign lease.. did not contact me back when I was able to contact after two weeks,I was told that that unit had a plumbing problem also and was never contacted. Lost funding because of false advertising. Over all ************ is a scam. Poor representation for clients and prospective tenants.

    I used to speak very highly of Local Local Mail and ship. Fast to process packages, quick lines, great notification system when items were ready for pickup. Now lines and wait times are longer. I overhear customers being served with the same issues that I have begun to have with this business. Packages get lost, often. There is no accountability for this business when packages go missing. Tracking systems state that the package has been delivered, there is a day or two waiting period for this business to process packages, that's totally fine and to be expected! Now, after an item is delivered, after a week, it still has not been processed. Be polite and give them some more time, now the business claims the package is missing. This happens to the two people in line in front of you, and to yourself? Something is seriously wrong. One package out of thousands successfully delivered, that seems more acceptable. But 3 out of 3 people in line have packages that must be lost between the post office and Local Local Mail and ship, that is astounding. If one poor review is left, I can only imagine how many poor experience other customers have had from this business. The solutions they offer is poor. Every time "reach back out to the sender and they should offer a refund". I am out my item, and I am suspected of fraud from the retailer I had purchased my items from. All with no negative impact for Local Local Mail. Local Local Mail also unexpectedly changed their inventory system and ready for pickup notices are no longer delivered. The only time I was informed of this change was when I stopped in to check on packaged delivered two weeks prior and I wanted to check on their status. Five out of the six packages were ready for pickup. One was deemed lost by Local Local Mail, and they have no proof that the item was lost, even after tracking systems state that the item was delivered to their mail room.
