    I hired Estate Solutions Hawaii to conduct an estate sale of my father's estate after he died on pancreatic cancer. The estate sale was completed in the fall of 2024 (see listing on company's website and I also have receipts). The owner, **** *******, never paid me. He owes me over $50,000 per his own documentation. He is in breach on contract. He does not answer the phone or emails over multiple months. He stole this money from me when I was grieving. I do not think he should be able to do this to people. It is truly wrong.

    Auction took place Feb 22nd 2024 Car was sold for $8,300.00/ $200 below reserve value I was never paid for the vehicle and it was not properly transferred out of my name. I blocked the title after 30 days with no payment and the Auctioneer was seen at the dmv Today 03/28/2024 trying to register the vehicle in his name.

    The complainant has been satisfied and paid in cash in exchange for the new title. All issues have been resolved. There was a delay in payment due to the customer misleading the auction house concerning the functionality of the vehicle. Owner of vehicle claimed everything worked. Upon sale of the vehicle it was determined the convertible top was not functional. Although it is our responsibility to inspect each vehicle due to previous interactions with the customer we felt his claim that everything worked was valid and took him at his word. Unfortunately when we spoke with him about the convertible top not functioning he claimed he had no idea. We found an amazon package addressed to him in the trunk with the special tool needed and the instructions to rebuild the actuators for the convertible top. This was clearly a known issue and he misled us concerning a very important aspect of a convertible ******** ***** Once the buyer, consigner and I were able to communicate and find a resolution that worked for all parties the situation was resolved. Some of the delay was due to the buyer of the car being in ********** after purchase and I have been on Oahu working for the last three weeks. We accept there was a delay in payment due to circumstances however we were in communication with all parties as best as we could. The car has been paid for and the title is with the new owner. This issue is resolved.
