      Hi Power Solar installed a split ** unit for me. The unit has broken down a few times. Out of the 2 and a half years Ive owned the unit it has only worked a few months. The service technician that was supposed to come to my house to repair has arrived twice (late upon arrival) and didnt fix the problem. The past two times he was supposed to come by to repair he no call no showed. After speaking to the owner *** he informed me he is having numerous issues with the ** dealer ********* and he cant get a hold of anybody and he is having problems with his distribution center on the mainland. He also states that he is having challenges because of the time differences. He does not take accountability and informed me it was my fault and I need to take this up with the electric company? He also let me know his technician is booked 3.5 months out and h*** get to me when he has free time. Not to mention he asked that next time his tech comes out I leave a key at the door for entry. I feel that *** has taken my money, provided me with a faulty unit or poor installation and know wont take care of me as a customer to help with the repair because he has all of my money and Im now on the back burner. Unfortunately it feels like I was robbed of $15,000. I am writing this in hopes that this doesnt happen to future potential customers. *** needs to step up and find a way to repair and make this right.

      Aloha to whom it may concern,

      We have been working with *** on his issue with the Air Conditioning unit. *** has had multiple issues with his A/C boards being blow out by the surges of power by his electric company. We have attempted to change his boards multiple time without charging him for the material because we were able to get it under warranty and also not charge him for the labor. Yes our techs aren't always on time but we tell our clients there is a two hour window on arrival time. As far as the client our last attempt was to change it out again but they said he had covid at the time. We are still working on scheduling it out. Client said he would remove his complaint.
