      I entered into a written agreement with HI-Power Solar LLC paying $233.07 with the balance due when repair completed. It has been over a month, and I have not received any service from this company. The only time there is communication is when I phone them. ******, the owner now refuses to turn over the replace part, which I paid for and was mailed to them to be installed. This company has failed to keep me informed, provide service, and is in breach of contract.

      This person is not our customer. The part he is requesting comes from the manufacturer to him for free. He wanted the service person to give the part to the his neighbor so that he didnt have to drive to the office to pick it up.  In other words he wanted special delivery to his house. The only thing is he hired another company to put it in and we dont have the part he is asking for. So he may want to contact the person at the company he is working with and have them get it. He is trying to defame the company because he wanted the company to send the Enphase inverter special delivery to his neighbors house that he new we were going to to service them so he didnt have to pick it up at our office.  Knowingly, that he is not a customer of ours. He hired another company, not us. Stop lying ***** *****, no one wants to drink the purple juice.
