      I purchased a vehicle from Bayview auto. I spent $18,000 on this vehicle with warranty . Brought it home the first night The transmission started tapping and on the dashboard it said faulty transmission.Took it back to Bayview the next day. Told the sales person about the faulty transmission on the dashboard. He coached me to lie to the warranty people about the vehicle so I could get it fixed. The vehicle went into the shop for the for about a week to get a new transmission . When I got it back it was doing the same thing that day and the dashboard also said faulty transmission and they said they changed the transmission. Took the vehicle back to Bayview and they said they wouldnt help me get the transmission fixed again because I put a bad yelp review on them. The only way that they would help me again. Is that I had to retract my yelp review and delete it so I did . My vehicles transmission is still making loud noises. I had this vehicle for 4 months now with transmission problems and they wont help me fix it. Basically the sold me a lemon.

      ****** **** Rubon Contract #*****. My parents referred me to this business. Just moved from the ************************ to ****** and needed a car for work and other family emergencies. But credit score was not good enough. I contacted the Bayview Auto Sales on ******** and spoke to ***** who is the Sales person who helped me. I told him that I needed a car and that my credit score was not good and I've tried other places and got denied. He promised to do his best and that they do not require credit scores to be approved. I told him to make sure because I don't want to waste my time going down just to be disappointed and got denied, but he assured me that I will be approved. So I went to visit Bayview Auto sales 3/20/2024. I chose the 2016 **** Suv #***************** Odometer ****** because it had so much room. ***** told me I had to do a down payment of $6,500.00 cash and they took my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica #***************** Odometer ****** as a $1,000.00 Trade In. So I paid total of $7,500.00 plus monthly payments of ****** April and ****** May of 2024. Totaling overall payments to Bayview is $8,650.00 to date in which I want all to be refunded. 3/20/2024 they promised and deducted on contract service in which I never gotten till today. Promised to replace my key fob since they gave me a broken one that I had to tape while I waited but never gotten one. Have been driving without a license plate just paper printed date in which I heard its illegal ij Hawaii on used cars. They gave me a salvage title car which they didn't disclose the information to me but had on a tiny part of the temp registration paper. May first week I went to complain about all these ongoing lies and that am submitting complaints to BBB and REGULATED INDUSTRIES COMPLAINTS OFFICE and they promised again to switch vehicles for a Durango but I will have to wait 3 to 4 weeks. Now it's been passed that time and still nothing. They only respond when they need payments and pretend they care. Help me pls.

      Went to the dealership and complained regarding the vehicle i got into which the transmission was going out he said that it would be fixed within a week, i didn't have a week because if the transmission went out on the vehicle i had no way of going to work, he had put me into a 2017 Jaguar which all the tires have lost their thread, it needs a wheel alignment the inside material is falling apart it has been over a month and i am still waiting for the repairs. My daughter has co-signed for me on which Bay view has opened a loan with ****** ************ which my daughter had to open an account on which was based on a lie of her employer and made her look like she made more money, All i want is my car to be fixed with all that is wrong, knowing that their selling vehicles and everything is wrong with all of them. I have already been scammed out of $8000 for a vehicle and i have a feeling that this company does the same thing to just get money in their pockets. I don't have time to play these games so i asked for my down payment back and they wouldn't give it to me saying i donated to them, i explained that i wanted to go to another dealership and don't have time for these games.

      I just purchased a 2009 ***** mini van when getting it tires was all bald and cut up brake light on and also transmission light on asked if they could get me into another vehicle they said I needed to put more money down! Theyve been giving me the run around about fixing everything they knew was wrong with it! Even brought it in on my day off and been here waiting for over an hour and still been giving the run around I already been ripped off over $8000 from one dealership Im not about to get ripped off again!
