bought my car 8/9/23 its 9/25/23. Ive already had 3 SEPARATE issues with said vehicle. The first one was a joke strung around departments voicemails, to other dealerships, wasting my ************* I had a part wrong w my car not letting my gear shift. I made an appt for a Thursday, but to make sure it was covered by the expensive a** warranty, i got my vehicle up to **** the Tuesday before appt to confirm its covered. one mechanic heard what I thought was wrong. didnt do a diagnostic test, popped the ***** ****** say yep we know what part you need, we will call you when that part is here Thursday comes I dont get what I needed fixed, Manager called & told me it was a recalled part so i had to take it to a **** dealership. made an appt, got it ************ has no idea what recall part im talking about.. **** calls HOA to confirm ************ admits its not a recalled part. I call HOA AGAIN to get ANOTHER appt scheduled to fix my vehicle. tell me can try to get me in later that week. I continue to call to talk w the manager he fixed it that day. wasnt gonna make a review bc they fixed ********** pay for it. HOWEVER check your batteries. completely dead & wont charge. took it to get a free battery test at orileys & bc of the brand of battery they couldnt help me. needs done by mechanic. then towed to a mechanic to get a battery ($600) mechanic did work & safety tests. let me know that my front break pads beyond a safety concern at 2mm, my rotors need fixed & my break fluid is old. then quote me an extra $900. My point in this review, MAKE SURE to do safety tests & an inspection before buying! I got a warranty, these are wearable parts, not covered by warranty. I havent had my vehicle long enough to create wear/tear on parts. honest dealership would have taken care of these issues before selling as they were safety concerns causing my vehicle to not operate. I will scream this from the rooftops- HOA is one of the sleaziest pos dealerships you can go to!
