      After getting fuel at Casey's for more than a decade, yesterday I was suddenly charged a $150 pre authorization when I got fuel on 10/31/23. I have now waited more three hours and called three times in order to get a letter on Casey's letterhead sent to my bank to get this charge, which over drafted my account, removed. I demanded the letter be emailed while I was on the phone, but the person who answered said it was "processing." This is ridiculous and has apparently happened to other people, too.

      We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. When you pay at the pump, some card issuers require a temporary pre-authorization hold. Pre-authorizations will drop off your account, and you will only be charged for the amount you purchased once the transaction is fully processed.

      I was in the store and ***** (girl with the long black hair) decided to talk bad about me me after leaving the store. She didn't know I was with someone who heard her saying she was going to kill me, and other negative things. The person I was with asked her to stop and she continued to talk bad about me. What a unpleasant experience my friend had. She was absolutely shocked that someone could be so unprofessional. She never wants to go back to this location in bule mounds **.

      My wife and have Pizza every Friday. We have been eating Casey's Pizza every Friday for about 10 years. It was amazing! I have told many people how good it is. Suddenly! About, 3 months ago it has taken a horrible turn for the worst. Service is poor because they tell you customers one thing but don't follow through. They sound sincere, but they are not. Food quality has become terrible. I have order pizzas for the last 3 months and it has consistently been the wrong pizza. It has been made sloppy. Cheese and sauce not spread evenly. Wrong toppings. I only called a couple times. They gave me a free pizza and it was the completely wrong pizza, and it was a mess. Sorry, but I won't be back for a while and if it doesn't change I won't come back at all.

      2 wks ago I ordered 2 pizzas from Casey's. The order I received was not mine. I could not get anyone to answer the phone or reimburse my money. Tonight my husband convinced me to give it another try. I ordered 2 pizzas again. The site said the order didn't go through and the items were still in my cart. I reordered using a different card. Again it days the order did not go through. I look at the bank account and my 2 cards were charged ***** SEVEN different times. We try to call and no one will answer and the charges aren't stopping. My husband rushes to the store and even though by now we have been charged ************************************************************* there system. So not only are we put hundreds of dollars but he would not even make our pizzas that we paid for 13 times over. He told us to take it up with the *** We had to put a fraud hold on our cards and it's a Friday night. So we won't be able to have access to any of our cash until Monday and I don't know what we are going to do.

      It has been Almost 2 weeks now that you have placed a ****** charge to my card on a ***** gas purchase!! WHEN WILL I GET THIS REFUNDED?? THIS IS TOTAL BS!!! Why would you take an extra ****** off of my card when i only got ***** in gas?? I WILL NEVER EVER USE CASEY'S FOR GAS OR ANYTHING AGAIN. I HAVE CONTACTED CASEY'S NUMEROUS TIMES AND ALL I GET IS THE RUN AROUND. THEY SAID MY BANK DID THIS, I HAVE CONTACTED MY BANK 5 TIMES AND THEY SAID THEY DID NOT... THEN, SOMEONE AT CASEY'S EMAILS ME BACK AND SAID IT WILL GO OFF AND REFUNDED IN A COUPLE OF DAYS.... IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 2 WEEKS!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM CASEY'S... THIS IS WRONG AND CORRUPT!!!!!!!       Ordered delivery and when the delivery driver showed up I noticed the wings were missing I brought to her attention at the door. She said we put the wings in the pizza box which is sealed with the covid sticker...I open the box and pizza no wings... we literally chase after the delivery driver and they take off. I called the local caseys and waited on hold for over 40 minutes before having to drive to get my wings or money back. I get there and they are well aware victoria didn't deliver my order in full. Then I waited for over 15 minutes for the wings to be made. I asked that my tip be reimbursed for what I paid concerning me having to make a trip to talk to someone. Nope you have to contact door dash. Beware.

      If 0 * was possible, that’s what I would give the night crew!!! On more than 5 occasions in the past year. When ordering anything off the app, they surly take your order and your money.. but when you show up to (before time allotted) the doors are locked … when you finely get someone to acknowledge you … There answer is “ call customer service in the morning to be reimbursed. That’s all wonderful, however.. I ordered food because I have children to feed… so not only am I out the $$ I spent on the food, I’m still needing something to feed the kids with… so now they put me in a spot where I have less $$ then before, it’s later in the night then before and I still have the issues that promoted me to order in the first place.. now this seems like a minor issue however … I wasn’t the only person there. There are about 15 -20 other people who were turned away. Not to mention they shut down all the lights.. by the gas pumps.. so walking back to my car was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.. I just want this to be noted and possibly a manager or GM can address this issue or at least help me understand how this is acceptable service to consumers!!

      Horrible place to work. They treat their emoloyees like shit. Don’t give them breaks. The managers don’t help during rush times. And they schedule short handed. Customers complain about the lines for waiting well it’s not the clerks fault. Corporate doesn’t want to give people hours and make the front line people work with no help to cushion their bonus’.

      Do not buy gas from Casey's store's. I recently bought gas from Casey's store's and had to have my car fuel filter replaced. I know of 2 other people who bought gas from Casey's store's and they also had to have their car fuel filter replaced.

      Service in glidden iowa is ok depending on who is working. Went in there this weekend and again no food in the warmer cappuccino machine is not labeled so no idea what coffee flavors are. Some were empty so no cappuccino. There was a southern gal working there who always kept food in the warmers but haven't seen her there lately so she must have quit. That store is going down hill fast.
