    Joe did a great job on the installation of an exhaust fan. He explained everything well and told me about a setting on the fan motor and kept me in the loop on the progress. Very knowledgeable! Thank you Joe!

    Dalton employees are always so friendly and thorough! Lindsey came to inspect our heater and did an excellent job, she is always friendly and polite whenever visiting and is very diligent. A small act that Dalton employees do that is so appreciated is that they cover their shoes whenever entering a home when the weather outside isn't so great, my family sincerely appreciates such a caring detail.

    Charged $900 for a dishwasher install and won’t explain costs. They explained they do not itemize bills. I would like BBB to review this as their services seem fraudulent. They have no response and since I had a family member pay in my absence they feel I am not owed explanations. I told my family member we had an agreed on price. $900 is quite a bit higher than $87.

    Hi Hillary,
    We are sorry for any frustration this experience has caused. All options and pricing were presented to your father-in-law prior to starting any work. Your father-in-law chose the bronze package which includes a 6-month warranty that covers the installation, but not the dishwasher itself, as you purchased that separately. The job included more than simply removing and replacing your dishwasher. We also replaced the water line, drain line, and shut-off valve. In addition, we needed to drill new holes in the cabinetry for the new water line and drain line and secure the dishwasher to the countertop. All details are included in your invoice summary. We hope this clears up any confusion.

    None of this is detailed in the bill and Dalton’s refused to give an itemized bill to explain any of this. Our dishwasher is now completely leaking all over our kitchen and our pipes are backing up as well after this install. We have called for someone to come out and no one will.
