On March 27th, I purchased 5 shoes from BHFO totaling $112.42. I received 5 shoes on March 31st, however one of them was not even close to what I ordered. I was sent an incorrect pair. That same day, I contacted customer service via email as I could not get anyone on the phone. I asked to return the incorrect pair and receive the correct pair with no additional charges as this was the company's error. I received a reply to my email on April 1st asking for pictures of the product I received incorrectly. The same day, I replied with photos accordingly, to which I have received no additional comments or response. As I write this, April 7th, I still have not received a response and have contacted them everyday since. I called BHFO on April 6th, to which I spoke to someone who told me they would take care of everything and the shoes I really ordered were still in stock in the proper size. I was informed that I would be emailed with tracking, to which I have received no information. At this point, I just want a refund for the shoes I actually ordered that I did not receive. If BHFO does not want the shoes back that I did not order, that is on them. However, I am not paying to ship the incorrectly received shoes back. They need to take care of that for me and refund me for the shoes I did not receive.Business Response

I would like to share my experience shopping online with your company. After this recent experience I am apprehensive about doing anything further with you all. I went online and wanted to purchase a lafayette 148 top from shop.com and at the time the price was ***** dollars. I called the store and asked them why there are issues with placing the order? The representative looked it up and told me that I had to refresh my browser in order for me to purchase it. She then told me that the item is from BHFO. I called and talked to ***** and asked her if she can honor the price of 55/24 dollars. She was very polite and told me that she could. I then informed her that I have 10 percent off as well. I am not 100 percent sure what she said. ***** asked me to place an order and she can then get the order no and work on the adjustment. I placed an order and then called her as instructed. She was on her lunch break and I left a message with her co-worker. I did not hear back from her till I saw a refund of $*****. I then sent her an email that there are some issues.1- The adjustment is not right- she calculated the total price( including the tax and shipping) and then deducted *****. which is charging me tax on the total price. This is illegal. you can not charge me tax on the total price. I did not pay the full price. I then notice that there is no adjustment of 10 percent either.( this is what she emailed me "I would price match the merchandise cost to the $***** listed on Shop.com. The merchandise cost was price matched to the $*****. The original merchandise cost was $115.99 and you received a refund of $*****".I have emailed her several times and have asked her to have a supervisor to contact me which neither has happened. It clearly tells me that she needs training on how to do simple price adjustments and I wonder how many times this has happened? Why do the customers have to do all the legwork and follow up multiple times?I need some type of appropriate resolution on this matter asap. This is not my first issue with them. Ordered over $417.00 worth of items. Received one defective item $6.99 and one wrong size item $11.99 , both plus 6% tax. I sent two emails (Wed and sat) , no response . I called today, ***, someone immediately answered and told me to email pictures . I did, they responded and asked for more pictures. So theyre just dragging this whole process on over a $6.99 and $11.99 shirt that shouldnt have been sent to me anyway, they shouldnt need pics, they should have inspected items prior to sending out so there werent defects and so the sizes are the correct sizes I ordered. So now I am resorting to post negative reviews and go to my credit card company to make it this right because they will not give me a solution to rectify a situation that is clearly their error. For a company that boasts on their customer service, its really been either lacking or just difficult to deal with. Order number 218143BHFO. They do also charge for shipping based on weight so I of course was also charged for shipping items that should have never been shipped to be since they were innacurate. So I am owed a free shipping label to send these items back and/or refund of $20.12 plus should also be refunded to whatever the addl cost it was to ship these two items based on weight but I would really just like a refund for the two items and have them respond to their emails and not have their customers run around in circles for errors that the company madeBusiness Response

The boots arrived with not tags like a brand new product. There were visible defects on the Franco ***** boots. Those boots had large scratches and defects on the leather. I am not sure if these are brand new items. The other dresses were a bit different in color compared to the photos online. One yellow/aqua brand romper arrived incredibly wrinkled and in poor condition. It is very disappointing that these items were not packaged with care. The website states that "if for ANY reason I am unhappy with my purchase, they accept returns and exchanges". Today January 13,2023 at 10:13 am I called the customer service number. The representative said that I cannot return my items because they are all final sale except for one pair. I was told that if I ship everything back they will not issue a refund. Instead, they will ship everything back to me and deduct ALL the shipping cost from the one returnable item.They sell on **** and Poshmark, and that's how I came across the website. On those sites the items i bought are also advertised as returnable. The lady on the phone stated that yes my items are sold on those two sites and advertised as returnable because they have to follow **** and Poshmark rules. On their main site, however, they have their own rules and can list items that are refundable on other sites as final sale on their direct site. The return policy is very misleading with advertising. Her answer to my question about defects on items was that they sell items that *** have been damaged in transit. As long as they don't have visible large holes. They only sent label to return the most expensive defective item but but refuse to let me return the rest of defective items for a refund. I emailed them about the problem. I would like to file a complaint being that I reached out to customer service and received a disgusting attitude and was hung on up by your employee by the name of ******** today. I have never had a customer service representative hang up in my face and refusing to help and assist to resolve a situation. I have patronize your business twice. I month later on November 17, 2022 a recharge was debt out my account again $******. I contacted walmart.com/ BHFO.INC multiple times regarding this issue and then both given me the run around saying the other is responsible! There was nothing wrong with the manager and store associate look at the boots and they reimburse my refund! I purchased a pair of womens fashion boots on the 3rd of October 2022. The boots cost $402.17 I also paid on top of that ***** in tax to get it to ******. The design of the boots are that they are covered in metal studs. After wearing the boots in doors for less then a month, I noticed that the studs started to fall off the boots. There is a flaw in the design they shouldnt be doing that. Boots that expensive shouldnt be falling apart in such a short time. All the studs are going to fall off within no time. The company I purchased them from wont give me a refund. In ****** the law is that items that are faulty should be returned and be refunded fully. The company said because they arent in the state they were sent out in they will not give me a refund and suggested I sell them. Hi, I placed an order for shoes on September 21 for $51.98. I followed the tracking, and a few days later it landed in ******* and never moved from there. I kept trying to contact BHFO to find out where the package was. They take over a week to respond to emails. They told me I have to give the package 8 weeks to get here, as if we don't live in 2022, where Amazon packages arrive within a week internationally. 8 weeks later I reached out again and it took them more than a week to respond. Finally they emailed me that I am refunded and it will take 3-5 days to see the money. That's not true, as Paypal refunds are immediate. However, I waited 10 days and I haven't received the money. I think they are a scam business and they don't deserve to be operating and cheating people.Business Response

I finally got the money back TWO MONTHS after my package got lost in transit and after emailing countless times and not getting a satisfactory response. You don't answer emails for more than a week at a time, and then your response kept being "keep waiting." I'm sorry, but it's thear year 2022, and there's no such thing as a package taking 2.5 months to arrive at its destination. And if it gets lost in transit, you refund your customer right away. You don't ignore their emails or tell them to keep waiting.I think this was the worst shopping experience I've ever had, and I think people should be warned before shopping on your site. That's all.

I purchased the following boots from BHFO, Inc. on October 29, 2022:******************************** Women's Faux Leather Over-the-Knee Thigh-High Boots,9 Medium in the Citron color.The order number is 198527BHFO. I paid $74.96 USD for the boots. The boots were a Final Sale. The boots arrived in the mail via *** tracking #: 1ZE66029YW91238032 on November 3, 2022 at 5:05pm. The boots was shipped in the box they came in and placed in a plastic bag and was delivered. After opening the box which was also damaged I noticed that the yellow boots were damaged and parts of the boots were white from the yellow material they were made out of peeling. There are also other marks on the boots. I emailed the company as well as corresponded with someone from the company via text message after the company text me about my order. I told them they sent me damaged merchandise and requested a full refund. I was told that because the item is a Final Sale that I could not get my money back. I called the corporate office and left a voicemail detailing the condition of the boots sent to me as well as my contact information (phone number, email) on 11/3/22. The company refuses to refund my money for the damaged/defective boots they sent me and instead told me that I should've purchased a package protection to get my money back. BHFO is scamming their customers by sending them damaged merchandise and then refusing to give customers their money back.Business Response
