    *** ordered several items from this website during the past year, and have received everything I ordered promptly and in good condition. The company provides name brand items at reasonable prices. Ive been very satisfied shopping at their website.

    I had another negative shopping experience with BHFO, unfortunately. A couple years ago, they messed up my order and it took weeks to get it all settled. I didn't think I would order anything from them again. I gave them a 2nd chance because I found some things I liked and decided to purchase them from BFO. On Dec 5th, my order was delivered but the order summary with the items was incorrect and differed from my actual order confirmation. They sent the wrong color so it needs to be returned. I couldn't get a refund request quickly because they were on final clearance. I notified customer service to explain that they shipped the wrong item and I needed a return label and want a refund along with the shipping cost I paid for their mistake. I sent pictures and all the necessary info. A few days later I got a message asking me for pictures and all the information that I already submitted. I resent the original info, plus more info so they could get this processed and refunded ASAP. I have yet to hear back or get a refund label with any instructions to get the process started. They are not easy to do business with.

    So very happy that I took advantage of the doorbuster deals during the Black Friday sale! I was able to purchase at an amazing price the *** RIDGE wool slippers and shoes (UGG dupes) as Christmas gifts for my 3 sisters and also got a couple pair for myself! Highly recommend shopping at BHFO!
