  Where to start. In the beginning, very nice and professional. Tried helping me with everything and finally got approval where I needed to be on payments. Looked at one vehicle that they had, was told it was a loaner and that it wouldnt be available upon purchase because it was 5hrs away. So switched to a different color of same vehicle. Get there with my co-signer and start the paperwork process. At the end of the paperwork they say that a $26k loan turned into a $47k loan. A ton of hidden fees in the paperwork and just know even though the paperwork says that you arent required to purchase the nano paint technology and the anti theft stuff, they put it on anyway and still charge you for it, that adds an additional $2k. Once we pointed that out, the manager said he could take the paint stuff off ($1k) but the only way hed do it is if we promised not to fill out a survey because bad surveys ding them and makes it harder. **** is this manager and he started to become rude and aggressive about this survey. After a brief decision we opted out of not purchasing the vehicle. He became even more rude when asked if we could watch him properly dispose of our paperwork since we didnt want our information left out or kept by this place. On my drive home the owner calls me and at first was understanding and nice but quickly turned and defended **** the manager and said yeah we need a gentlemans word on not doing the survey. After saying hed take an additional $3k off if we would purchase, I stated that Id think about it. He laughed and said it was a joke and said he sees what its really about and good luck ever buying a car anywhere. Threats shouldnt be coming from a business owner. Stay far far away from this place.

  Contacted them about a Truck on CarGurus for 29K, Told that the price was only if I came in with a 2013 or newer trade in and was willing to finance 50% of the truck through them. If I wanted to buy it the price was 34K after taxes, dealer ******** and such it was almost ****** dollars for the truck. The same truck I can order off of Ford.com or another dealership for 33K After I said I wasn't interested I recieved videos of the truck running and walk arounds from the sales staff almost as if they were mocking me and trying to harass me into buying the truck. Very unprofessional and crooked.

  Tried to buy a car that was listed on cars.com, auto trader, and copilot and was told that they do not use those prices only there own made up price on their web page. Worst experience ever had dealing with car dealership
