On an oil change and alignment the service department damaged my car by scratching plastic engine components. They also changed for an alignment which was not completed. They stated the car needed new bolts for the alignment to be completed. I took my car to a different shop and the bolts did not need to be replaced and alignment was completed. Moral of the story is get a second opinion and dont take it to them for services.

I purchased a brand new 2024 Infiniti QX60 and I have decided not to return to this dealership. Based on my experience, I understand why others have recommended purchasing from a different dealership. The service department here has consistently demonstrated poor customer service and communication. They often seem unaware of the status of my vehicle, and it takes weeks to months to complete any service. Additionally, despite requesting a loaner vehicle comparable in size to my QX60, I am frequently provided with one that is too small for my family.I initially chose Willis due to their offer of free service pickup and drop-off throughout ****. However, given my recent experiences, I will be opting for the Minneapolis Infiniti dealership for future purchases and services. Both are a two-hour drive from my house, so it doesn't make any difference which I go to. However, when I have taken my vehicle to ***********, it was fixed within a couple of days, and I was provided with the exact same loaner vehicle. I just had to return it instead of enjoying the convenience of them delivering and picking up my vehicle. I would have taken my vehicle there this time, except the current issue is due to Willis messing something up when they updated my radio, and they are unsure how to fix it.

I bought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Willis on March 11th. I was able to drive my car for 4 weeks before I had to take it in due to 2 lights coming on. I bought a $3000 extended warranty from them in which Willis took days to answer their calls for sales documents and spent 1.5 weeks waiting for an answer only to find out that my claim was denied by the warranty company because this was a pre-existing issue when I bought it. The issue being that I need a head gasket replaced and will cost me over $5000. The mechanic who diagnosed the problem told me to take it back to the dealer to have this resolved from them as I hadn't even put 800 miles on the car yet. I took it back to the dealership and waited another week before I contacted them asking for an update. I've also waited 2 months for the spare key that they were supposed to get me as well. I have had my car for 7.5 weeks and have only been able to drive it for maybe 4.

I purchased a 2012 ***** Volt through ********************* with Xmission. I live in MN and the car was delivered to me with low tire pressure. No one ever followed up with me. I still havent made the first payment or even registered the car because paperwork for registration came the day before my car broke down on 35W because it overheated, 3 weeks after purchased. It took 5 business days to get authorization to get it fixed. I was referred to ********************* at Wllis who NEVER ONCE RETURNED ONE CALL OR EMAIL. The mechanic said the tires were at 5 4/32. The shocks and struts were scraping. The thermostat, housing for radiator and a broken hose were causing the car to overheat. I would speak to the mechanic, then talk to *** who would talk to *** who would talk to ****, then get back to me with questions for the mechanic and I would get back to *** and the cycle would start all over again. On the 4th business day, I was able to cut out the middlemen and DeeNee with Willis spoke to my mechanic. She argued with him and got heated. She refused to pay the diagnostic fee. She argued that the shocks and struts weren't leaking so they were fine. She argued that the tires were fine and the mechanic was just trying to upsell me. THE ***** WERE THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTORS AND 10 YEARS OLD. The tread, which is the reccomended replacement, is actually irrelevant because again 10 years old and 96K miles. They needed to be replaced 4 years ago. Willis did begrudgingly paid for the problems causing the overheating and put 600 toward tires which I then upgraded. They refused to pay for the diagnostic fee or the shocks and struts so I will have a 2K bill in a couple months. Through all of this, I was using my old car which on the 4th business day, my 6th day of not having my new car, my old car broke down on the road and I sat on the road for 90 minutes with a dead phone. This took 4 emails (unreturned), 10 texts, and 35 phone calls, 5 business days and 7 days of me not having a road worthy car
