    I'm a very unhappy tenant! These guys are not very good managers or property managers! Ever since the people upstairs moved in about 3-4 months ago it's been hell! They have 2 dogs and they are on the 3rd flr! Imagine how much noise and loudness! Not their fault so y would they put them above anyone! We were here first months before they moved in! I've complained to the property manager named **** numerous times about the noise he could care less! He said he would call them but that was all he could do! Tenants have to work out their own issues with other tenants if there's a problem! That's unacceptable! We had two arguments and it could of came to getting physical real quickly!! My caseworker, therapist and other important people were at my place and heard how ridiculously loud things were! They felt sorry for us!! Now I've asked to be moved somewhere else even another 1 of their properties but they didn't seem to care! Now we've put in our 30 day notice because nothing has been done and we are tired of it! They don't even care to offer us another option, instead willing to let us out of our lease so they don't have to deal with the problem at hand!! How sad, this is unacceptable! Not only that but there's been 2 shootings within weeks of each other! 2 drug over doses, trashy, people yelling and screaming and fighting! Police here all the time who wants to live with all that! And the water bill! Our bill was $479 dollars in june! They haven't updated it since January! Nobody should have to pay a water bill that high because they didn't do their job to update it on time! That's half the rent!! The guy that moved us in *****************, just refuses to answer my calls, texts, or emails! Just ignores me! How rude and inconsiderate these managers are! **** is just rude and sarcastic I'm done talking to him...Don't move here you will be very disappointed!! These problems has caused me more mental stress, higher ** and depression! I want peace and quite and safety! Smh
