Worst company when purchasing a car, had to go back 5 times so far because they forgot signatures, titles, down payment. Very rude and when told they forgot a military discount to sign the paper and it would be mailed. It supposedly was mailed to the bank for the loan and the amount was less than what was said. Very rude. There are too many dealers out there to be treated poorly.

I bought a new 2025 Chevy Equinox from Edwards, within 7 days I had issues with the vehicle, I called the dealership and was told they would service it in 6 days. I took my vehicle there when they said to drop it off only for them not to have a rental vehicle to drive, so I had to wait an hour for a ride as that is my commute to the dealership. I then waited one day short of 7 weeks before I was able to pick up my vehicle. In-between the 7 weeks, I was rarely updated on the status of my vehicle and when I called, the phone lines repeatedly lost connection. When I was finally told my vehicle was fixed and able to pick up, it was not. The issues that I took the vehicle in for were resolved and then a new issue had occurred while the vehicle was in their possession. I was treated like I was less of a person and not capable of knowing anything because I am a woman. They had poor customer service.

On Oct. 31, My wife and I talked to a salesman about purchasing a 23 Corvette. I had 2 vehicles to trade and then pay the difference for the Vette. I was very upfront that the 2011 Vette I had to trade had a Salvage title as it had been in a wreck prior to my purchasing it. It is a sound car and drives and looks great , but I was willing to take less for it due to the Title. My salesman said they could take the Vette on trade and he got the ok from his GM. So an amount was agreed upon and we made a deal. I had them put some stripes ad ceramic coating on the Vette I was buying. Finally, Nov. 7, we had an appt to trade and purchase the 2023 Vette. I found chip in the paint and the salesman said they would fix it at their expense. We got there at noonish and we waited until about 4 p.m. They had the keys etc so we couldn't leave for lunch. Finally, we are signing the paperwork and one form swearing neither vehicle had a salvage title. We said "yes, it does have a salvage title, it is what we first brought over a week ago and it was reviewed and confirmed that we could make the trade." The Paperwork man was mortified. He felt terrible as no one had told him. The salesman was also upset. The GM was on vacation who approved it. Finally after about an hour they decided we could trade as planned. We finished all the paperwork, exchanged keys, license plates etc. and then a 3rd man came in after the fact and said they could NOT accept the salvage title. We had to void the deal. So we wasted a day, about 300 miles round trip driving two trade in vehicles and two tanks of gas plus the whole week before. We were starving and half sick plus it was very stressful. All of which could have been settled from the beginning. Ps. the other vehicle we had to trade was a 22 Chevy Spark with 742 miles on it. Which we had bought from Edwards and now it has 1000 miles on it. It was a terrible experience.

WORST unprofessional business. Zero communication from the salesman when we said we needed to talk to the bank on Monday about a deposit. (We stopped on Saturday. We also filled out financing online on Saturday. We went to the bank on Monday and the salesman called while we were there and said we were working on the loan. Again, there was NO communication from the salesman about a deposit to hold the truck. We talked to the bank today and got the okay to proceed. So, we called down there to let them know, but they sold the truck!!! Then when the "sales manager" called me blamed us. Not only that, but the previous Friday I stopped in and asked about an SUV and the salesman took my card and said he would call me Monday as they got what I was looking for in on trade but needed to be looked over. I NEVER got a call!!! Unprofessional from a dealership!!! I would know as my dad was a car salesman for years!!!!

DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY TELL YOU. I first had to deal with a pushy salesman and then finally got a good salesman. Following the 2 hours with him, we had to go sit with the “warranty salesman” for another hour. After signing documents, I was told I needed to pay a certain amount. Now 2 weeks later I get a call telling me I owed more because he collected the wrong amount. It was my fault he asked for the wrong amount. I have received called from 4 different employees and if I don’t send a check they will hold registration and license.

FIND ANOTHER DEALER WHO IS HONEST! I had heard several stories about them but wanted to give them a try but never again!!!!!!!!!!!

They could care less about honest dealings and just want to rip off people!

Absolutely terrible place they lied scam and cheat you. Raised the price of a vehicle after papers were signed and won’t do anything to fix there wrong doings. They said they had a service inspection done before selling and everything would be full on fluids/gas/oil change ect- when driving home with said vehicle change oil light came on the fluids were half gone, and they stated it was against the rules to fill up “used” vehicles with gas! I seriously hope their actions have consequences soon!

Beware of the service staff recommending unnecessary work. You should never recommend work that is not required, in some states that is a criminal offense. They seem to follow recommendations that do not align with GM recommendations. They even exceed the secondary recommendations for severe use meant for commercial vehicles. My use is definitely not severe, never towed a trailer, never been off road, never even engaged the 4wd since the day it was purchased. Example, they recommended I change my air filter at 15,000 miles, manual says change at 45,000 if you do not have filter monitoring system. If you have filter monitoring you change when system says to. I have the monitoring system, at the time it said I had 91% life left. not even close to requiring replacement. they have recommended changing it twice now and there is nothing wrong with it. I still have over 50% life left in the filter. My recent oil change, at 38,000 miles they gave me a big list of work they say must happen by 45,000 miles. They said I need differential service for both front and rear, at 45.000 miles. Owners manual says 97,500 miles not 45,000 miles. They said I need my transmission fluid flushed and changed at 45,000 miles, there is no recommendation in owners manual which typically means at 150,000 miles or later, not 45,000. Their recommendations are not even close to what GM says in their owner's manuals, How much unnecessary work are they doing for people who don't know any better? This is a very dishonest practice, all their recommendations for every customer should be following the official GM owners manual for standard use vehicles, you never default to recommendations for severe use unless it is a vehicle used for commercial purposes and owner has identified the use to be severe.

I am giving them a 1 star because of the car they sold me! I bought a 2019 Jeep Renegade with only 50,000 miles on it! Fist of Im a repeated customer, because the car they sold me did get totaled out so I trusted them at that point to go back. Now that I have this jeep it has done nothing but cause me problems. I have had it only for 6 months when the first issue occurred and after it still had issue. When I brought it in to get an oil change after they fixed my oil pan leak I advised the service person Emily that my car is overheating for no reason. She told me they would look at it and see if there is any visible leaks. When I came back to pick it up she told me they didn’t find any leaks and if I want them to keep investigating I would need to leave it there and I wouldn’t get a loner car but I’m a single parent and I have to work so that wasn’t an option. So some weeks went buy and my car complete went up in smokes and I had to get it towed there, it took them almost 2 and half weeks to get my car and now they I got it back i was driving it a few days later and it started overheating again and smoking again and I can’t even drive it at all really and I have called the sales manager and left a message and I have not gotten a response! The service supervisor called me back and told me if I want it fixed I would need to go to Edwards Buick and Jeep. At this point I am so frustrated with this car I don’t even want it anymore! And the service Edward is showing to a frustrated customer is horrible! Annoying the problem doesn’t fix the problem!
