    We have had maintenance schedule a window repair giving us 24 notice entry of a date and time, after 8 months of work order being open. Work was performed the day prior dated in notice. We have both notice and completion tag. This is was a breach of lease contract for entry, but we were told because it is a work order system, and regardless of whats stated in lease it doesnt apply. Another incident happened , when a unknown man entered our apartment unannounced in the middle of the night using a master key. Police was called and report was filed. (Management said it was their carpet vendor entering wrong apt) Weve had kids shoot BB bullets at our window causing damages that took over 3+ Months for them to repair. There has been multiple work orders that were left opened and unaddressed for months at a time. We are in the motion of trying to arrange an early termination, and the leasing manager who is assisting us is still waiting for approval from their directorits been 3+ weeks and no update.. I just wish they could be more helpful and have better communication with their tenants.

    Awful awful awful apartments. Work orders go unfulfilled, so all minor repairs are up to the tenant to fix. Grossly overpriced for the units, and when given a 30-day notice to vacate, the management office backpedaled and stated that notice actually has to be given on the first of the month. No option for prorate was considered. Management office also refused to give corporate number. Customer complaint forms are your next best option, but they do not reply to those. We tried that.
