    Absolute horrible experience. I brought my Lincoln Continental there which was stolen and recovered. It did need some extensive Body work and paint. Quoted 3 weeks. Have had vehicle for 5 and still not completed. Never offered a loaner vehicle until I threw a fit, almost no communication. Not only was I lied to by the service department but it was 3 weeks late on being done. They missed obvious problems with the car, damaged items on the car and promised me it would be completed many times but it was not. Liars and cheats. Someone should do an insurance investigation as they billed my insurance for things they did not do. When I asked for part of my deductible back I was met with a cold absolutely not. Apparently they want to get paid for their time but nothing for mine. They would not do a single thing to compensate me for my time (over 10 hours wrapped up going back and forth) and the rental car I paid for. Asked to talk to the owner and the local dealer wouldnt give me a email or any contact info. Absolutely horrific experience. When it was ******** it was well ran and had a great reputation which is why I brought the car here .. apparently not so much the case anymore.
