      I purchased a bed that was delivered to my house on Feb 3 without the slats as they were not on the truck. Delivery drivers felt they were probably just left at the warehouse to call on Monday and they would run them out to me! I called on Monday and no one had an answer. I called on Tuesday and still no clear picture of what was going to take place till I got up to an e-mail wed. Am saying the slats were ordered and I was to pay for them again a long with a delivery charge ! This is not acceptable to me since I have paid for them once not to mention the inconvenience of going yet another couple weeks without a proper place to sleep!

      I ordered a king size mattress and box spring in store. I was told I had two options for delivery. Option one have in home delivery and installation for an extra fee. Or curb side/ porch drop off with signature required. I asked the seller of the product what would happen if I was unable to make it home in time that day because I knew I had prior obligations and didnt know how long they would last. She explained that I shouldnt make a habit out of rescheduling but that if I happened to not be home upon time of delivery I would receive a phone call and pick a new delivery date. I was lied to when sold this product. I spent over $1000 with them and never received my items. They refuse to do anything about it. I filed a police report stating it was stolen because it was not on my porch or in my driveway when I arrived home. Police report # ***********. The delivery driver states I gave permission to leave the items on my porch. When In fact I requested that they wait until I arrived home and that I could be there within 10 minutes. After speaking with management I was told if I requested they wait, that they would stay if it was in a 15 minute time frame. They didnt wait for me to arrive home, and now Im out a lot of money and have no mattress. Please help me with a resolution.

      I purchased bedroom furniture (Starmore dresser, mirror, and nightstand) from Ashley Homestore in *******, ** on `11/26/22 (sales order *********). With this purchase, we let the store know we would not need the furniture until Jan/Feb of 2023 as we would not be done rearranging and organizing bedrooms until then (prepping for another child). With this being said, it is now March of 2023 and I am on my 4th delivery for furniture and still do not have a mirror or dresser that is in adequate condition. On the first delivery (2/4/23), we received a dresser and mirror but the nightstand was damaged so they did not even load it on the truck. After the delivery men, opened the mirror we realized that there were issues with the stain. They had us keep the mirror and said that Ashley would be in contact with us regarding getting a new one. We did not realize the condition of the dresser until after the delivery men left and we took off the plastic. There were many nicks in the dresser (through the stain and was able to see pale wood) as well as one of the handles were chipped so you could see the metal vs the black paint. I took pictures and sent them to the asst ******* of the ******* Store. We were allowed an exchange given the condition of the dresser and mirror. Since then we have set up delivers on 2/18, 3/2, & 3/16. We did receive the nightstand in adequate condition on the 2/18 delivery. The dresser and mirror were not even loaded on the truck on the 2/18 & 3/2 deliveries because of their poor condition. I did get to look at the mirror and dresser on the truck on today's delivery but the mirror was in worse condition than that I have and the dresser was not in any better condition. With placing an order in Nov of 2022, we should not be on the 4th delivery and still not have adequate furniture. Each time I have to rearrange my schedule and move the furniture in my daughter's room in order to make room for the delivery men. At this point, a refund is warranted.
