      I ordered and received a dresser in July. Unfortunately, it came with a chip in one of the drawers. It also has some black scuffs on it - not enough of an issue to have it returned. I called the day it was delivered and requested a new drawer. I was told 6+ weeks for a new drawer, which never came after a couple of months. I called again, they said nothing had been filed for a new one. They put an order in for a new one, which came in 4 days. Unfortunately, this was the wrong drawer. I called again, and had a new and correct drawer delivered. This one also came with black marks and a scuff on it. It also does not pull out as far as the rest do, due to what looks to be an intentional bend to stop the drawer. Totally fine but it does not open as far as youd think it should, or as far as the other 5 drawers. Unfortunately, this is not worth the energy to try and have corrected as I now have 2 drawers to get rid of already. While they were helpful in getting this figured out, it never should have been an issue in the first place. It also should not have taken all of these steps for a replacement drawer. Would not have bought if I knew it was going to be this difficult to have figured out. Not worth the price for marked up furniture. Would not recommend.

      I purchased a couch, chair, entertainment center which consisted of a ** stand, two piers (one had the glass shelves installed, the other one did not) and a bridge on September 1, ****** weeks later the couch, chair, the 2 piers and bridge were delivered. No ** stand or hardware to hook the bridge to the piers.2 weeks later the ** stand was delivered. Still no hardware to install the bridge.Called customer care to see if they could overnight the hardware. I was told the can't overnight and it would be between 2 to 6 weeks for the hardware to come in. I then called the store and talked to **** the salesman who sold me the furniture. The hardware did come in the mail the following week. Went to install the bridge to the tiers and the bridge is too long. It was 72 inches and I needed a 63 inch. Once again I made a phone call to ****. He did not know that there were 2 sizes. So the right size was ordered.2 weeks later the right bridge was delivered and wrong size went back. Finally I could put items in the entertainment center. I went to put the glass shelves in the pier that came without them and discovered that the only way to install the shelves is to take the back off. I called to see if someone could come and take the pier apart to install the shelves. I was told that I had to wait for a technician to install them they should be in town November 30th. What kind of customer services is that? None of these issues have been my fault. You think they would be bending over backwards to help the customer.I had to take off time of work for the delivers since there delivery times are not negotiable. I cant take off work anymore.I'm still waiting!!!!Oh they did offer me a $100.00 gift card. I told them to keep if I was not shopping there ever again. I did tell them to apply it to my bill. No response.

      They should let me a warranty for furniture that the company wouldn’t uphold. I called them to get
      The issue resolved, they pissed around for over 2 wks hoping to get it resolved, their resolve was to have me take a day off of work to meet a tech and see what’s wrong with the product. I am still paying On these items I asked for a refund of the warranty amount and $1000 to cover the cost of repairs on my own, nope won’t do that only refund me the warranty! Total joke don’t buy from them they don’t back their furniture at all or do what’s needed to keep loyal customers. Wasted over 13 thousand dollars with them and all of The items have failed or broken.

      This company has absolutely horrible customer service. I purchased a sofa online and scheduled a delivery for the following Tuesday. The day before I was contacted that the furniture could not be delivered and I would have to reschedule. I called and rescheduled for the Tuesday the following week for an early morning delivery. Again, the day before I received a text that the furniture could not be delivered at the scheduled time. I called and explained that I work nights so I would need an early delivery. I was told they can't guarantee what time the a delivery will take place and I should have someone else there over the age of 18 to receive the delivery. I explained that I don't have anyone that could help me. The associate said she could reschedule again but not for a specific time. I gave them an 8 hour block! I cancelled the order because the obviously don't value me as a customer. I would give them zero stars if I could!
