    I need a contract of agreement which is a 18 month payment  plan,the original  plan was 4 months same as cash totalling $2287.72 every 2 weeks I can't  afford  that I need an agreement in writing with total amount  because I showed one price for the 4 month plan but nothing but a verbal agreement for ***************************************************** not

    ********* got all his pricing options and payment plan details in his agreement. He signed by everything agreeing and understanding how much the payments would be for both 4 month same as cash program and 18month program.

    Purchased a tire and had it installed on 04/15/2023.Paid $256.78 Repeatedly requested an itemized receipt for cost of tire and labor; was told their computer could not do that; asked them to write an itemization on piece of paper; was told they were not allowed to use paper and pencil; asked for Manager ***********************, was told she was elsewhere. They did not try to resolve the issue, just repeatedly gave excuses.Customer ********* (*************************) - Date 04/15/23 - Number on Receipt ***************** I am attaching Receipt, Example of Price of Tire, and IA Code Section requiring itemization.

    I am rejecting this response because: an itemized receipt of the goods and services, as required by **** Code Section 537B.6(13), was not provided.  We consider this failure to be a deceptive business practice.
