    They give you two subtotals on top of 7% interest/tax they dont tell you about. Will turn off your auto pay the month before the program is up in order to get another 40% out of you on top of the thousand of dollars youve given to them. Saying I have a delinquent account yet they failed to charge my card the entire month of November, and then continued to charge my card for what would be my last payment in the month of December but 10 days after my 120 day program deadline I had.

To cater to different needs, we provide two straightforward pricing options: an 18-month quote and a budget-friendly option at 50% of the 18-month quote, which we refer to customer's as the 120 Same as Cash (SAC) quote.It's important for our customers to be aware of their 120 SAC end date, as per our agreement. This responsibility lies with the customer, and we always encourage them to keep track of this date to make the most of our services. In cases where autopay is active, we require a customer's explicit request to discontinue it. For example, on January 3, ****, we turned off the recurring autopay for this customer, with her agreement, to facilitate an account audit.We understand the importance of clear communication, which is why we encourage our customers to update their contact information regularly. This helps us maintain smooth communication, especially in critical situations like payment reminders. In a recent instance, we faced challenges reaching this customer for her November payment due to an unreported change in her phone number. To manage such situations and avoid product recovery, our policy is to use Advanced Rentals payments. This approach ensures that any excess amount from maximum payments over the minimum is applied to future rental periods, keeping the account up-to-date.We also value proactive collaboration with our customers. For instance, we had arranged for this customer to visit our ********* location with bank statements for a detailed review with our account manager. Unfortunately, this commitment has not been honored yet. We believe in working together with our customers to resolve any issues and ensure a positive experience with our services.
