  The night shift gentlemen was very rude I just spent $27 inside the store I hit cash back on my debit card, hey verses to tell me after my transaction has been through that they cannot give me cash back at a certain time of night he's not tell me beforehand so he gives me a *** and go gift card, for my change which I did not argue the point that I went outside I sat down for a moment because I had been walking for long distance I have a broken foot, and a bad knee I sit down to eat the things that I had bought inside the store he comes out and tells me that I am loit|ering and I need to leave the property even though I just spent money inside the store.. I go back in the store to get a refill on my soda before I proceed to start walking again, and I am told that I am not allowed to purchasing thing in there and I need to leave the property because I just got ran off loitering... Very kind very rude, I would not advise to go there because they charge you so much money and your customer service is s*** I will be contacting the lawyer

  Bought a card here the card is not valid I go back in the store the one cashier was friendly trying to help the so called acting manager refused to help me at all told me I was screwed out of the money and threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave. He was a worthless *** **** and I can not wait to talk to corporate in the morning. This happens at 840 pm on Dec 29 2023 kum and go on vickers and academy

  The people that work at this gas station have no sense of customer service. They're completely disrespectful. They treated me like a criminal and I am fed up and sick of going here. I am never going here again. I came in with my boyfriend to buy cigarettes. My boyfriend Was refused service because he was using a digital ID to buy it so then I went in with my digital ID and my actual ID and they still wouldn't sell it to me because they said I was trying to buy third party cigarettes for my significant other which both of us are over the age of 30 and we have been going to this ******** for the last two years since it opened. The employees in question are ************************* ***** and ***. Which *** is a gas station semi truck driver who decided to insert himself into the conversation. ***** was the cashier. ******* wasn't even involved unless she decided to insert her opinion about denying me cigarettes and ******* was the manager. It is my lawful right in America as an adult with a valid ID to buy whatever I want with it and if I am denied it should be for a valid reason. This was not. If I can't even use my digital ID to buy cigarettes for myself then this ******** should be closed down for deliberately disobeying federal and state laws. I'm never coming back here again. I hope that they get reprimanded for their actions and everyone should avoid this gas station. Don't bother coming here for anything, it's not worth the hassle.

  I worked for this come and go for almost a year. I gave my ex-fiance a job there because he cried to me after losing his job and establishment for 10 years that he had gone through four managers for and I felt bad. On a daily basis I had to clean up urine blood bodily fluids that no one should have to clean up at a gas station completely surrounded by fentanyl junkies. The favoritism that was given towards my ex by my coworkers on a daily basis was unacceptable. I was constantly made fun of interrogated gossiped about etc. I took this every day that I worked. It made it uncomfortable to hold my composure while ringing up customers it made it uncomfortable to be around anybody and feel safe. There was a constant feeling of being singled out. I often times picked up shifts that were very hard for me back to back. I am physically disabled with rods in my back I am also **** survivor none of that was taken into account. When my ex started dating and sleeping with his manager and my manager there was no talk or action taken of relocation. There was no action taken of separation of shifts. There was no action taken to help me better be a cashier at my job. I am very disappointed that the favoritism in this company overtakes how hard you work and how much effort you put into the job. It was very disappointing to see a manager pretend to care and then make fun of you 5 seconds later because your ex worked in the same establishment you did. I even started a GoFundMe page for a co-worker that shot her face off and no amount of money was donated from the company but they claimed they cared. I was also made fun of for the fact that I created a GoFundMe page to help a woman who literally had to relearn to talk. When I try to beg or complain that me losing my temper was not due to the fact I was a bad cashier. But rather than the fact that my ex is manager across the way of the store in the food section personally had a vendetta against me. She took her distaste for me out at work
