Called locksmith because key broke and was stranded. He has done nothing but play games. There isn't even enough space to type out all of the nonsense i have been put through by him. He showed up with a non compatible key/fob after he had asked what make/model/year my car was. Gave me a key that only works if I hold it against my fob from the broken key. He promised a new key and fob that work. He has made me come out of my way to go to his shop 3 times and I still do not have a working key. I asked him to refund $110 of what i paid since he didn't provide a working key and didn't even get the broken piece out of the door. He just keeps playing games and lying, saying he called me when he didn't and other lies like that. I told him this was the last chance and then he needed to give me a refund. He did not meet the conditions I stated and continued with the games. I originally only wanted a 50% discount, but after wasting my time and gas on 3 separate occasions, I feel it should be a $200 refund

On 11/27/23, one lock went bad in our controlled drug box. We are a hospital (I am the owner) and by law we are required to have controlled drugs in a double-locked box. GomeX came right away and said that the lock could not be opened or repaired; the lock had to be removed. He removed the bad lock and said he would order a new one and be back at the end of the week to install the new lock. I paid $325 for that visit (removing the lock), the new lock, and the installation of the new lock. I also included a $65 tip. The guy never came back, so on 12/7 I called and he said the lock was special order and should be arriving soon. On 12/12, I called and was told that they should have the lock by the end of the week and they would come install the lock as soon as they got it. I then was out sick for a week and I put my practice manager in charge of the issue. She called and spoke with the owner of GomeX. He said a contracted worker would be over on 12/29 to install the new lock. He did not show up. She called 12/30 and the owner said he would be out that day. He did not show up, so she called him. He said he was in **** and could not install the lock that day. She called 1/2/24 and spoke with the same guy for the 3rd time. He said he would be at our hospital that same day and he promised he would call if he could not make it. He never showed and never called. We have been functioning with only 1 lock on our controlled drug box since he removed the lock on 11/27/23, which puts us in danger of breaking the law!
