    3 hours late for initial appointment. 1.Didn't show up the next morning as he said he would to finish the job....he showed up at 4. Our empty house was unlocked for 24hrs.2. A key was stuck in one of the locks. He blamed it on crappy Tru Built locks and the electronics. It was an issue with the tumbler he re keyed. He did return to get the key out.3. He left one lock loose - it was missing a s**** ...he blamed it on the concrete contractor that was there. Really another contractor would take one s**** out!We paid $655 to have 6 locks rekeyed .Bad business and lack of taking responsibility for his work.He booked way too many appointments then makes you wait to complete the first job.

    This business owner was quick to get key made but when it came to the key working hr said all keys are the same and they are not he refused to get me a working key and absolutely refused a refund
