      On 8/16/2024 order no ******, and received on August 22, 2024. I had paid $49.00 to have them to order a background check so that could seek employment as a notary. I have not been able to accept assignments due to Notary Rotary report that was sent to my email was corrupted to where I was not able to open the file. I have emailed them several times and also called which is not noted below. I have been put on hold with no status or a call back with an outcome. I have sent emails 8/22 two emails sent, 8/27, 8/28, 8,29 requesting a refund still have not heard anything. Provide me with a refund so I can do business with someone more professional please. If you can't produce the product provide me with a refund, and stop avoiding me.

      [Order #******] (February 12, 2023)I ordered a notary stamp in which I completed the required form with my name, my notary registration and expiration date. When I received the stamp, it has NONE of the data I completed. I called the company numerous times since February, I left numerous messages. I cannot seem to get an live person to talk to. I want to have a FULL REFUND.

      March 30, 2023 I sent an application for notary bond, notary stamp and other renewal materials. April 17th they charged my card, I still have not received the materials (May 2) and I have to file my commission with the county clerk by May 8th or the commission expires. I have tried to call the company multiple times and it goes straight to voicemail and none of the calls have been returned nor has the email I sent them.
