DO NOT purchase a class from this company. I signed up for their notary class for my state. I never received an email with instructions or a link to register for account, or a receipt for payment although my card was charged. Finally found the link to the class through another search, and registered. Was able to watch the first 2 videos. When I logged out and logged back in, it refused to accept my username and password and said I wasn't registered with their class. Attempted to contact them 3x and no one answers emails or phone. I tried to reset password to start over and they never sent me a link to re-set password. I sent them a request to refund the money since I cannot access the course and they never responded. Have disputed the charge with my bank and hopefully will get a refund since I was never able to access the online class.

This company is the worse. When I first finished the course I decided to do the loan signing course as well. Once I completed the loan signing course I just asked a question, Do I need to add loan signing on my seal and the response was a smart mouth who told you that? That is not at all possible. My response was it was a question for I am new to this and trying to figure things out. Fast forward 4/29/2023. I called, emailed, left several messages because I needed to amend my bond. Well, to my surprises I didn't receive a call or email until two weeks later. She (I guess the owner) said to email her my amended commission and address. I did immediately. Two days after doing so I emailed this company to check the status still not response. I had to purchase a whole new bond for I was running out of time to submit my amended commission to the county. It wasn't until May 12, 2023 I sent an email telling them how unprofessional they are I received a phone call. The owner claims she doesn't know what happened and that she will overnight my amended bond. She overnighted the bond but to the wrong address. What is the point of asking for an updated address ( I even updated my profile) only to send it to an address I no longer live at. Needless to say I had to cancel multiple appointments due to the unprofessionalism of this company. I was going to recommend the individuals I mentor to sign up for their program but I'd rather have them go somewhere. If they made me loose money and have to resubmit my commission again because I missed the deadline. I can only imagine how they treat other clients both past and present.
