I subscribe to the Sweepstakes Newsletters, but it keeps adding me to all of the Meredith Network of Sites subscriptions. They updated part of their websites a few months ago and you can no longer unsubscribe from any of their emails anymore. Every time you go to update your email subscription settings, the page doesn't load. This goes for all of the Meredith Network of Sites. Isn't it illegal to not have an option to opt of our receiving emails??Business Response

Received a package,Celbrate the Season, and 2 pamphlets. I DID NOT ORDET THIS MERCHANDISE. DO NOT WANT IT. Send prepaid postage to return these books to you. Credit me the $15 charge. Just today September one 2022 I received three emails from three different magazines that I have subscriptions to. Each one of them said that they were going to auto renew my subscription. I do not want this auto renewed. I tried calling the phone number and its within business hours and it says its no longer available. I tried emailing and every time I send an email it tells me I have an invalid email its the email Ive had forever its the one that they sent me these auto renewals for. I want someone to let me know that they are not going to auto renew my subscription to food and wine, travel leisure and real simple. Its so convenient that I cant seem to reach out to anyone at this company to let them know this I do not remember my password Ive tried every password that I can think of and I tried to get them to send me 10 times a password reset and I still cannot get an email to that effect. Set up so as not to be able to cancel subscription. Website does not accept password, not does it send link to reset. Phone number presents no way to speak with representatives. Website Chat is disabled. Select email directs you back to Website login page. Voice response system puts you in endless loop. I have read that People ******** and its subsidiaries are going digital only. Suspect this is reason company is denying cancellations.Business Response

This company has repeatedly sent me calendars that I did not order. Even after contacting them several times and being reassured in a phone call by an actual employee that my information was deleted from their records, the calendars and bills continued. I tried sending one back, no reply. I will no longer send these back.Business Response

This complaint is about Meredith corporation's practice of sending printed material that was never ordered and then billing for it. There is no way provided to cancel the automatic order. We have sent a letter trying to stop the process along with the returned item but the result is the same. They sent an APQ calendar and charged $26.88 for it. The last bill was for account *********** on 8/5/2022. I have noticed that I am not the only one who has experienced this problem. It has become the way they push their product.Business Response

I keep getting cookbooks and being charged from Better Homes and Gardens and I can't get them to stop. I tried emailing them, and the email address doesn't work ******************* I tried their on-line chat, and they wanted my credit card number. I tried calling them, ************ or ************ and the guy on the phone "*******************" wanted me to allow him to take control of my computer to "verify my payment." There is something seriously wrong going on here. I need help getting them to stop sending me cookbooks which they then **** me for.Business Response

A book 2022 Christmas With Southern Living was sent to my home that was not ordered. Later, an invoice was sent for this unwanted book. This was not a transaction initiated by me and I do not want it nor am obligated to pay for it.Business Response
