The subscription to People for **************** was processed for 54 issue for $90.00. We are not able to process a refund as $90.00 was the lowest price available.
The address was updated on December 9, 2022, and the subscription was extended for any missed issues.
Our records show your subscription will expire with the May 22, 2023 issue.
An unpaid subscription has been cancelled as we require payment in advance.
You will need to contact the other publications regarding the subscriptions.

The lowest rate we offered at the time of subscription was $90.00 for a 54 issue subscription. We are unable to refund this amount as there are only 7 issues remaining on the subscription. Our records show your subscription will expire with the May 22, 2023 issue. This customer can renew the subscription with a better offer if one was received.

I received advertisement mail from ******************** back in October of 2022, showing how to order their magazine. It directed me to place the order online, via magazines.com. I placed an order for a 2 year subscription. I was promised 2 years of magazines, as well as 2 bonus cook books for a little over $12. I was billed on October 13, 2022 and told the magazine was shipped out around October 22, 2022; however it is now January 22, 2023 and I havent received any magazines or cook books. I have sent 2 emails to their customer service in regards to my order and never hear back. I called their customer service center last week and was told by a representative that they shipped out my order late October 2022 and to make up for me not receiving anything, they would send 3 extra months for free and to expect it soon. Now today, I have received a letter from them claiming that they take no responsibility for me never receiving the magazine and that I have to contact my local post office. I know that the **** is not responsible for my missing mail because I have Informed Delivery Digest and each piece of mail that is set to arrive to my address is scanned and emailed to me before it arrives. I have never seen these magazines show up on my informed delivery. Therefore they were not stolen and just never sent. They also included a different contact email for customer service than the original one I spoke with. My account number for this magazine is **********. I also filed a service request case with the **** #: ********. I feel Ive been scammed.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:After they verbally told me, on the phone, that I would receive 3 extra issues as an apology for the ones that never arrived, they sent me a letter taking no responsibility for the issues missed and telling me it was the **** fault that they didnt arrive. According to my Informed Deliver Digest, through ****, they never were sent to my address to begin with. The Deliver Digest scans all mail pieces, including magazines, that are scheduled to be delivered to my address. If I dont begin receiving the ones they claim will arrive in February, I would like a refund for the amount of $12.00, which was charged to my **** on 10/13/2022.

On 12/9/22 my credit card was charged $21.00 and $27.95 for two magazines that auto-renewed through the Magazines.com website. I had been unable to reset my password to access my account to cancel auto-renew prior to the charges. I contacted Magazines.com via phone on 12/10/22 and was told the auto-renewal would be cancelled and the charges of $21.00 and $27.95 would be refunded to my credit card in **** business days. No refund came through my card so I contacted Magazines.com again, this time via email, on 12/28/22. A response indicated they were investigating and would respond within 48 business hours. Again I received no response, and I followed up with another email on 1/12/23. To date I have received no response. I was assigned case ID ********. The charges of $21.00 and $27.95 relate to magazines ************ and HGTV.Business Response

Hello I ordered a magazine subscription on November 11, 2022. I have not received any issues to date. -- Jan 16, 2023 - I emailed DotDash Meredith ("Meredith Annual Books" - ***************************** with my order # attached, and asked when I would receive my first issue. - The response was: they couldn't locate my order (despite me giving them an order #!!!), and for me to send my full mailing address etc., which I did. - Jan 18, 2023 - I received a response stating that my order was processed in November 2022, and I should [have] receive[d] my first issue in two to three weeks. - This must be a standard response, as it has now been over 10 weeks and my first issues has not been received. Therefore, I want to have my subscription cancelled immediately and a full refund made to my credit card of $33.60USD.Business Response

I am a senior citizen who originally requested and paid for a one-year subscription to ************************ through Dotdash Meredith. Since then I have been receiving books that I did not order and am being charged for them. I have attempted to cancel the entire subscription by sending a letter to Dotdash Meredith, but there has been no acknowledgement and the books (and bills) keep coming. Their website has no option to cancel and the phone number listed does not connect me with someone who I can interface with help to resolve this issue. I received a cook book i DID NOT ORDER and i keep getting bills for said book. I emailed the email address provided on the bill, yet it came back with mailer-daemon (we were unable to deliver to this email address- which was ****************** I wanted the issue to be documented and thats why i chose to email. Business keeps sending books American Patchwork and Quilting that I did not order. Account ***********. Then I need to spend money on return shipping to return the item that i did not even order. July 26 2022 I received a calendar I did not order from American Patchwork. It stated that they were going to send me a calendar every year if I did not cancel subscription. As you can see in the attachments I tried to, email address goes nowhere. It said I could call and cancel, yet they did not provide a phone number. I could send it back if not wanted.
