      Common problem is changing rent beyond what is normally charge. On Feb we had to Give notice on my disable brother. Unit. We gave verbal notice by phone 12 days before Moving out. I went back 8 days before leaving. I was informed that we had to fill out A written form. I did that 8 days before deadline. I explained my bother has been on Disability, from childhood. He has severe learning disability. The manager said he should Signed the contract. I cant tell you how much pain we suffered,, We move out five days Early. we were still charged ******. The unit was empty ****

      I am an existing customer who rents multiple units and have been for over 6 years. I have known all the past and current managers without any issues. They continue to raise rent to well beyond its worth and website claims secured but it’s never properly maintained or it’s security that is non existent and faulty. This past December mine along with many other units broken into. Very unhelpful management acted as though no big deal, didn’t even replace my cut locks and slapped a handle on and now can’t even lock without using tool. But then one day driving to my unit manager and maintenance man walking along and I have on my dash cam manager saying I better watch it as I better be careful as I’ll be looked at as a burglary suspect. I was in the process of letting them know about another breach in the fence as there seems to be multiple man made fence entrances that are being used by non paying customers and weeks go by without them fixing. Last summer fence was run down b vehicle and units were unsecured for many months and this facility claims to have locked up secure units to have my things stay safe. My unit has many things that were stolen that I now have to file with my insurance company and this will be the second claim. First one my unit flooded with condensation and ruined lots of my belongings to which I filed claim on only a portion of the items that were ruined to then them lowballing me and only offering me 1/2 what I put in my claim. And took 6 months to get that taken care of and couldn’t replace my items because of shortage of funds. Since being accused of being a burglar they have middle of the month lock me out and said I have to pay 10 $ extra each unit to access at night without notice or warning and then rent being raise from $107 to $138 per unit and I am tired of my name being slandered and treated differently than other customers. I know another renter who’s rules are different than mine and won’t give me a current copy of my lease agreement.
