      On 9/19/2022 i purchased a masterbuilt smoker/grill from Theisens in ************, Ia in the evening. I assembled the grill the next couple of nights and discovered i was missing the 2 smoker grates. I called the store and ******** told me they had the grates. I drove ************************************************************************* a gift certificate for my troubles. At the time ******** told me she would contact the vendor and get replacements and would try other stores to see if she could find replacements. I have recieved a message from ******** and a call from someone else from thisens but she didnt leave a return # so the message was useless.Its now 10/10/22 and no grates and unable to use the smoker i purchased almost a month ago. I expect someone from thiesens to reach out and ask for my address and ship the mising parts to me. I placed a follow up call on Oct 1 2022 and spoke to a manager about my parts and she assured me she would call me back that day, didnt happen. I called again on Oct 8 2022 and was told by an employee that ******** would call me back. It's Oct 10 2022 and I still haven't received my parts. I sent an email to corporate Thiesens and to ************* regarding this issue.************************* ****************************************************
