      Theisen's is probably the worst retailer I've ever done business with and in my business I've worked with well over 500 retailers. I ordered a buildable John Deere toy tractor engine for children 3 years of age and up. They shipped it in wrapped in black plastic wrap. It arrived badly damaged with large holes in the packaging and broken pieces. I contacted their customer service department, if you can call it that, and they told me they would speak to a supervisor and get back to me. When they finally got back to me they said that I was stuck with it because FedEx wouldn't cover the damage. Of course they won't cover the damage of an item shipped in plastic wrap, any retailer knows that an item has to be shipped in a minimum of a 32 ECT box (32lb edge crush test....or the strength of the box). If you're looking for a company who won't ship items properly and then won't cover the damages incurred Theisen's is the place to go.
