    I was hurt on my job about a year ago and CBCS is the one handling my claim. They have yet to pay me temp benefits even though the doctor have my out of work waiting on a surgery which they have not approved yet. The adjuster lied and said I didnt do light duty which I did do. I have a sick son who I work to support but they dont care about people. This is really an evil company. If your dealing with them please get a Attorney cause they wont do right by you.

    I pray no one ever has to deal with this company. Ive been treated poorly numerous times by ******* *********, ******* *****, ****** *****, & now ******* *******. Accident happened on 7/22 took them 3 months to get me into rental. Ignored my emails & calls, hung up in my face multiple times, and just flat out not being of any assistance. It is now 2/28 and I have yet to have any of this resolved. They will lie about everything if it means saving money for their company. I hope this company goes down in the dirt.

    My vehicle was hit by a semi while I was stopped at a red light on 7/25/2024. I had to file the claim with his insurance, since he didn't. The insurance uses this company for their claims. The adjuster that was assigned is ***** *****. It has been 54 days and the claim is "still pending liability and coverage." I require my vehicle to transport my supplies to each house I clean. I have not been able to work for going on 8 weeks now. I have 2 small children, 3 and 5, that I i am the sole provider for and these people aren't doing anything to resolve this claim, even with me having a lawyer. If you're an insurance company and use these people to resolve you claims, them shame on you. I do NOT recommend this company for anything. They'll post on ******** about company outings but won't do their jobs!

    My auto accident occurred on May 30. No one reached out to me until June 8th. I was told to go ahead and take my car to a body shop. I did this on June 9. I submitted all the paperwork to the adjuster for the car seat, and sent her photos of the car on June 9th as well. I then sent her the estimate from the body shop on June 11. Not one word from her. She won't even respond to my emails thanking me for the information, or to let me know she received them. She also won't return my phone calls. Her manager made excuses for her about how she has a lot of cases and gets a lot of emails in one day. So basically, they don't know how to manage case loads, and common curtesy is a notion of the past. This company handles claims for Amazon. I will also be reaching out to them to let them know how this company is treating their consumers.
