      In 2014, *********************** published an all-inclusive cultural, art history, art education, and art criticism book written by the (two) authors. We have faithfully followed purchases made by at least 8 institutions and others (Below the Surface: Ethnic Echoes in ******** Modern and Contemporary Art). Other individual and HBCU colleges have used the book, which has circulated in this country and on other continents. *********************** never asked us for an account to deposit royalties, Since 2014 we have not received a *****.

      Per the contract, royalties are not owed until the first print run sells out, which has not happened.

      I placed an order and within 20 minutes I emailed asking to return because I realized it was not the right book. They said it was too late, shipped it anyways, and I had to pay $15 to ship it back. Horrible customer service.

      We do have a protocol in place when a customer places an order we can cancel the order before it drops to shipping. However, if the order drops to shipping before we get the call, we are not able to stop the order from shipping. This is an efficient process that gets the customer the product as quickly as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience this customer experienced.

      The reviews for this publishing company, Kendall ****, truly is not misleading. Their customer service is deplorable. I have had an issue with an online purchase to which they refused to solve but rather keep the money. They don't have any communication skills experience to value the customer but rather they will take the route to attack you and behave like cowboys. The charge was a fraud and they should be solving it.

      Horrible customer service. I made a purchase for a website access code, and was immediately charged for it, although I never received the access code that I paid for. I reached out to their customer support via email, and never received a response. I purchased the access code again after using a 14-day free trial, and was finally able to receive the code that I needed. After two weeks of not hearing back from customer support, I sent a follow-up email regarding the situation. After an additional two weeks pass with no reply, I disputed the original charge with my bank. Shortly after, I received an email from KH stating that my website access was terminated due to my dispute. This is now my third time being charged for one single access code, and I am not very happy.

      I have never had a worse customer service experience when working with an ebook distributor.

      Kendall Hunt bought out Cirrus recently, which we used in two programs at our school. As part of that, they changed how content integrated in our learning management system. This change broke everything, we have received very little help in fixing it, and will usually go weeks without responses to our questions/requests even with multiple promptings in the interim.
