I made the worst purchase of my life 7 months ago, a Winnebago trailer. I'm 64 so I've made a lot of purchases. I'm trying to get help on the nine issues on my trailer, but Winnebago has switched customer service reps on me three times now. The third rep is asking the same questions as the first rep was asking me over a month ago. Horrible trailer leaking from roof, slide and window. My local dealer can look at it in 4 months. It's so full of water maybe they have a scuba team. My Dealer....*****************************************, ***** ** has been NO help. Their **************** Mgr asked me to call him after my 1 star ****** review....he hasn't worked there in 3 **** ***** # is disconnected. They just copy paste 3 yr old info to unhappy clients. I'm spreading the word all over the net...Dillons *************** does not care about its customers!

I would actually give them a zero if I could. We have a 2019 View. The floor is literally sinking in three horizontal areas. I called and e-mailed Winnebago. They say that the structural warranty ran out after 3 years and they will not reimburse us for the expense of having this fixed. My issue is that this is not a warranty problem. Several, and I mean several, other owners of Views have the identical problem. Many of them have paid for the issue to be addressed. But, if so many have experienced a soft floor, this is a design flaw and should be taken care of by Winnebago. So basically, Winnebago has a design that will end up costing an owner $2300 in addition to the original cost of the vehicle with no apology !
