    Servpro began mitigation for water loss in kitchen May 2024. Asbestos testing positive. Abatement performance took several visits. Servpro went **** In August received call from Servpro for outstanding balance of 7700$. Disputed charges. Servpro sent two men to review duplicate and undone services. They were to adjust the charges and get back to me. I called in October ish to see if insurance had paid. ***** ******* said they were only seeking payment for the abatement since other work had not been performed by Servpro. Did not hear from Servpro until **** ***** called regarding past due amount for original disputed billing. I requested all documentation from **** and after two weeks he met at my house with original disputed billing. I am requesting mediation with Servpro and all receipts, invoices, pictures, internal communications regarding services purported to have been done. I contacted my insurance company for documentation and they paid Servpro the entire amount.
