**Not recommended******** came on 09.27.24 and had a tree come through our roof and ceiling. Our insurance recommended we call ServPro. Called the corporate number and was attached to our local area. ***** ******* came out and ensured us that ServPro would be here from ********************* all the way through fixing the room back to its original state. We signed for work to begin.Came at 6:30p on 10/04 to take down the wet ceiling/insulation/remove carpet. They left at 8:30p and left the insulation on tarps in the yard and a tool was left behind. and left insulation in yard on tarp. Left a machine to pull moisture out of area for 4 days. Asked when they would be back to begin repair and the answer is "we are helping here for storm recovery and are from out of state, so we are not sure. I will send a message to the local team, but you should call them."Called ServPro of *************** on 10/07, 10/10, 10/14, and 10/21 and spoke to representatives at local office. Asked that repair and construction team to call me back. Confirmed each time a message went to them and they had my right contact, but they never called back. Called 10/28 and spoke to **** Told her how disappointed I was with this process and unable to get anyone to call back. Asked that manager (***** or ****) call me back. I just need to get it on schedule to get it fixed. She would let them know to call me. No call. The service promised by ServPro was not delivered, and I continue to have a large hole in ceiling during the cold evenings and upcoming winter months. As a nationwide company sending other representatives to the area to help out is a good thing. But not at the expense of not finishing the work in the local area, regardless of who began the work. The two ServPro entities should have been in communication to help the ******************* bill for services came for total amount of $2,***************** call from ServPro asking when payment would be made.
