**** is very knowledgeable thoroughly explains all settings. I was very pleased with **** looking at my furnace and air conditioning unit. Hes very thorough and pleasant he explained patiently questions that I had. He also brought to my attention, the proper settings and switches that I was unfamiliar with. professional and respectful. I told him he didnt have to put his booties on if he didnt want and he insisted saying that I dont wanna track any dirt or mud into your house also gave me a lot of tips on how to care for my furnace.Golden Rule Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

I have always been happy with all Golden Rule Techs. ***** ******** was above & beyond expectations! He showed how to properly clean the ** unit , gave me options on how to make the furnace & ** units last longer through maintenance.
