    What a horrible company to work with. I've been waiting a week now for them to get around to shipping my item. I canceled another order for the same reason, and still waiting for a refund. So, I'll have to go through my bank to cancel the charge. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

    Poor Customer service. I placed and order after Thanksgiving and was charge immediately and given confirmation. I week later I had not received any shipping info and tried to call in to see what had happened. Apparently online and phone sales are different. Online sales are automatically directed to a "fraud" center that just hold your purchase without telling you. I suspected that i had gotten such a good deal on a scope they wanted to hold it until it was "Out of stock" and just refund my money. It took 5 separate calls and finally a call back to resolve. Ill update this review as to whether there is any issues when it arrives, But I will NOT be ordering from Brownells again with their poor communication.

    Holding orders because they think it's fraud. My stupid credit card company already has fraud prevention. I don't need you helping them block legitimate orders. I will never do business with yall again.

    Brownells owns the website AR15.Com. I pay a yearly fee to be a member of this site. For the last several months the site has had an issue with its captcha codes not working and allowing members to log in. I’ve been emailing staff and trying to log in but they seem to not care that their members have spent money to be on the forum but the site won’t let them log in. I’m sick and tired of not being able to use what I’m paying for.

    Bait and switch practices. One price on the website and they will change the pricing to whatever they seem fit. Being charged an additional ***** is robbery. Your mistake should not cost the customer. Do better!

    Made a purchased 9/3 for an item that was on sale from brownells, now I had a choice of purchasing other similar items from other online vendors on sale for Labor Day sale also but pass to buy from brownells, now 3 days later 9/6 I contacted them through text too see if they sent it out only to be told that this item is sold out and will be no backorders available, now if I would have known this I would have spent my money elsewhere during the labor day sales, now I'm out of a good deal because of this.

    So I ordered a extended slide release and a *** technologies compensator. Extended slide release no problem the compensator went open the package one of the screws hit the ground I just thought it was lose went to put it back in realize the s**** had been broken and the end of it was wedged inside the compensator and then started looking at the threads and realize that somebody had tried to install it and probably broke the s**** I contacted Brownells and spoke to a total of seven different employees over the course of five hours. First employee didnt know what the heck they were doing sent me to a guy name **** which understood exactly what was going on told me to submit pictures of what I found with an email and he would get it taken care of and overnight me a new one because I ordered this two day air to have a shooting competition this weekend. Never heard back from him called and went through the cycle of several more people. Got an email from some customer support person named ******** that told me they no longer had anything in stock and that I should contact *** technologies for my missing s**** To which I retype my email explaining the problem along with the photos and said its not missing anything is there is broken because you sold me a used part. To which Ive heard nothing from anybody everyone that I talk to you were supposed to forward me an email with the return label so I can ship the old one back. Seven people later I still have not received that email. Last person I talked to right before closing time told me that he would email it to me promptly but unfortunately the one I bought was the last one to which I laughed and said of course it is I got the one on the back of the shelf that it was used but nobody said anything. To which I said I just want my money back whats it gonna take to get it you can have this broken POS. They told me Id have to return it and wait anywhere from 7 to 10 business days to have my money returned to me without my
