Horrible service. We used them last year, and our fridge was noisy, smelly, dented and missing a foot so it wobbled. This year we showed up with perishable food and there was no fridge. My son showed me the recent email confirmations saying "THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER." When I called just now, they said they cancelled his order. I was transferred to the manager, "******" who informed me that they called but my son's voicemail was full. So they did not even bother to notify us even though they had his email. ****** claimed that the second confirmation they sent reading "THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER" showed a zero balance meaning order cancelled. I have a law degree and I would not have assumed showing a zero balance means "cancelled." When I suggested that it would have been nice to get a one sentence email saying "your order has been cancelled." ****** refused to take one ounce of responsibility, blamed the customer and complained that she has ****** units and a lot going on. This person should NOT be a manager. This person should be fired. The customer is always right, and in this case the customer was actually right. ******'s ego should not come before the customer. How about a response like "sorry that happened, that is a good suggestion I will bring up to management." I recommend you do not use this company. Plenty of other services, or buy your own. Horrible company, horrible people that really could care less about you as a customer.
