    I have had a horrible experience with Riley recently. she offered discounted Black Friday family sessions- I bought one in December 2023 for $144. a couple months later I messaged her to book a session time. as I had already paid for said session. it took many messages to get a response. once I did we picked a date May 4th and due to weather rescheduled for June 2nd. once the second date was approaching I couldnt not get ahold of her- she was ignoring my messages so I asked for a refund on May 31st and she ended up blocking me. I have yet to receive a refund and have no way of communicating with her now.

    On May 14, 2024 I did a payment to Riley Curry Photography to do a photo session for my graduation. We did a photo session on May 15. She said that she was going to send sneak peeks photo right away. On Friday, May 17, I asked her the sneak peeks, but she did not respond. I thought that I was being scammed and I did not have any choice since she never responded, then I asked my bank to dispute the payment on Monday, May 19. Rileys bank took the money back from her account. After days not responding to my messages, she then contacted me that she is not gonna send me my pictures because the bank has took the money back. I told her I will release the payment but she needs to send me my pictures. I worked with the bank to cancel the dispute and I was making sure that Riley can receive the payment. On June 5, 2024, she received the payment back and told me that she will send the pictures ASAP. Days go by and she never send me the pictures. I messaged her couple times and she never responded. I then post on Iowa **************** asking people how to reach out to Riley because she never respond. She then finally replied to my message and told me that she is going to send me the pictures that night on June 10 after dinner. But I have never received my pictures. I tried to message her again on ******** messenger and she said that she is not having a headspace to respond to me and will never send me my pictures until June 19. She even gaslighted me and said that I harassed her by asking in Iowa **************** on how to reach out to her. I had no choice and I did not what to do because she never responded. I do not trust her that she will send my pictures by June 19 because she had broke her promises couple times. I need help from BBB to get me the service that deserves as a customer. I just need my graduation pictures. I just learned that people also experienced similar things like me by reading the reviews on Yelp. I do not want anyone to experience this in the future.
