    I have had a horrible experience with Riley recently. she offered discounted Black Friday family sessions- I bought one in December 2023. a couple months later messaged her to book a session time as I had already paid for said session. it took many messages to get a response. once I did we picked a date and due to weather rescheduled. once the second date was approaching I couldnt not get ahold of her- she would ignore my messages so I asked for a refund and she ended up blocking me. I have yet to receive a refund and have no way of communicating with her now. DONT RISK YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
