      I purchased a New Holland skid steer along with a ***** mulcher from Ocala tractor in ************* in January of 2025. While I was pleased with the dealers practices I am not pleased with this finance company. I contacted DLL to setup additional principal payments and I was told they would only except $1000 checks no less. I would not have used this finance company if I had known this. Be careful what finance company you go through.

      Got a ZERO interest loan on a tractor. I decided to pay it off early by about 2 1/2 years just to be done with it. $28000 cash. They are charging me a $100 early termination fee to give them all the money now rather than stretching it out for years. Scammy type of company. Go elsewhere.

      Not made clear at time of purchase that this is a compound interest contract and the process to try and pay off early. Very deceptive and expensive finance as opposed to simple interest contract.

      Nothing but problems throughout my loan. They were never forgiving. In the end, I paid off my land in full and because I did not go in and cancel my auto draft payment, they still withdrew it and now it’s going to take over a month to get it back. Also, instead of electronically transferring it like they did to take it out, I’m going to get a snail mail check. Glad it’s over with this company, I have seen loan sharks and the Snap On man that are not this aggressive

      Just paid off my skid steer. Had none of the problems sighted below. Easy to get someone on the phone. And received a bill every month.

      I am getting late fees for 1 or 2 days late. I have a terrible time logging in to the online payment. I dont get the code until after it expires. Not user friendly, especially for seniors.

      Scam company. They provide no statements either in the mail or online. We have called multiple times and always an excuse. The amount they show that we owe is incorrect. Horrible!!!

      Very similar experience to Carolyn N. We bought a tractor in Nov 2017. The payment was about $186 or something like that. I paid an even $200 every month. When the balance was low, I decided to just pay off the balance. I called to get the balance and asked for a full summary of all payment paid and interest paid. The reponse was the following:
      Hello,
      You are asking for an amortization schedule with the interest and balance per payment. Unfortunately by doing a restructuration on your account, this statement is no longer available for you because I can only send you an amortization per the terms of the loan. A restructuration is not following the terms of the loan.

      They go on to state that since I paid over the minimum that they did a restructuration on the account. I asked a copy of the contract with the the clause that states it. I got nowhere with customer service and asked to be called or contacted by a manger...nothing happened. We will not do business with this company again. It was a horrible experience. I am confused why the rating is an A+ when every review is a 1 star.
      Paula L (8/11/22) and Logan ** 9/17/2021 sounds like had the same experiences. I have not ONCE received any type of documentation from DLL. I honestly do not know where my extra monthly payment went to. For all I know, they pocketed it! It is scary. I have learned my lesson.
