      This Company is horrible to deal with. I paid more than what was owed each month. Rather than applying it to the principal, they applied it to future payments. I also didn't receive a bill because they said I had paid ahead. I asked for funds over my required payment to be applied to the principal each month but they said they couldn't do that. Rather, they said that I had to call them monthly and ask for the payment to be applied correctly. When I would call, I would also ask for a bill so I could see how much I still owed. However, not only would they not send one, but the two times they did, there was no information on the bill other than the minimum due. I could not tell how much had already been paid or how much was still owed to verify that they were applying my payments correctly. I also asked them to update our credit reports as the only reason we financed the tractor was to build my husband's credit. After paying about 4x what was owed each month for about 9 months, I was finally told that they don't put payments on credit reports unless you only pay the minimum payment agreed to in thr contract. I told them then there was no reason for me to continue making payments then. I asked to pay off the loan right then and there and was told they wouldn't take it over the phone without charging me a fee. This behavior is not consistent with an ethical organization. They do everything they can to prevent you from paying off your loan in advance and leave you in the dark about payments made and what your balance is. You get little to no help from the customer service reps and they act like providing you information is an inconvenience for them. I would not recommend this Company to anyone!

      Worst company we have ever dealt with. Have automatic draft. They keep taking more money out every month. Then calls and says it’s late. There is plenty of money in my account. I will be getting a lawyer. I have documented everything they have told me. They just hung up on me

      I’ve tried to pay off my loan 3 times now! I’ve paid over the payoff amount shown every time and when I go back I still have a balance of a $1 or two. The bad part is since I’m paying it off early, if there is 1 cent left on the loan I get interest changed on 30k that I’ve already paid back each month!!! Scam bank!!! They will rob you!

      We paid $1000.00 the principal 2 months ago & we told them to apply the changes towards the principal, GUESS WHAT, now they are saying we are 2 months behind because they did not take out the monthly payments per our agreement, I called customer service, WHAT A DAMN JOKE THEY ARE... promise you one thing & it never happens...We should go ahead & payoff the loan but they will steal that money too...DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH DLL GROUP...Frank & Angela Davis

      Please BEWARE! I totally agree with Logan ** 9/17/2021. This business is very shady. Their deceptive business practices make the lender think that there is no pre-payment penalty. Payments above the minimum monthly amount are not credited to the balance. Interest is pre-charged upfront to the original amount of the loan. I had to call to make sure that the extra money sitting in a side account would be transferred, but to no avail. There was no recored of our call. I, too, agree that this seems illegal. Perhaps the next step is to contact a lawyer.
