    I placed an order through their website on Jan. 3 totaling $161.14 which was deducted from my bank account. The very next day I received an email saying the majority of items were not in stock. I requested they cancel the order, which they did. Several emails have been exchanged about the refund but still cant tell me when to expect a refund. I was told it will be issued shortly. I asked what did shortly mean and was told she had no idea as they only issue refunds at certain times.

    Paid $170.19 to Sig Manufacturing for order #***** on January 24, 2022. When notified product would not be available for several months, I asked for refund. I have called several times since then and they cannot resolve the issue. They keep saying I am one of many waiting on a refund while the business is changing ownership.

    I ordered a plane kit in Nov of 2021. They charged my card when I placed the order even though the kit I ordered was not in stock. I have never received the kit or refund. I call them every month and still have not received my refund of $200 .09

    My husband placed an order on 8/16/2022 for an item that appeared to be available. Shortly after ordering product received email that item was out of stock and a refund would be issued. It is 2 months later and still no refund. My husband has reached out 2 or 3 times already and this company won't refund the funds.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  They did issue the refund as well. It shouldn't have taken these steps for them to issue a refund. This is an ongoing issue with this company.
