    Richard M Similar tale offered by other victims. I ordered plywood from this outfit in January, paying with a credit card, which they processed, to the tune of $152.16. I stupidly gave them the benefit of doubt that they were fraudulent, finally cancelling the order, which they confirmed, but have received no return of my money, despite many, many pleas that they do so. They refuse to answer emails and cannot be reached by phone (a machine message claims they’re moving to a new “modern” facility). My capitalized recommendation is Do Not Order Anything From This Company. Their behavior has been fraudulent; they are engaged in theft.

    I ordered several products from Sig Manufacturing last June. They withdrew the funds from my credit card and failed to send the order. They claimed to have problems getting ingredients for their dope products. I cancelled the order a couple months ago and have yet to receive a credit. I since ordered the same products from Brodak who were able to send me everything within three days. I will be contacting the Office of the Attorney General of Iowa for help.

    I will NEVER do business with this company again! I ordered some different thicknesses of balsa wood and some lite plywood. They took the order and never said anything about NOT having any stock. The money was taken from the account within the an hour after I ordered. The next day they contacted me to say that they had no stock and it would be 1 to 2 months before stock came in. I cancelled my order and immediately ask for the money to be refunded to my credit card account. I called a week later to find out where my refund was and was told to "be patient they will get to it". That was three weeks ago. I have had to call the credit card company to try to cancel payment to get my cash back. It seems as though this is their new business model , take the money and keep it as long as they can. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEPOLE.
