    Thank you for your response! I've attempted many times to communicate with you and I'm glad to finally have gotten a response. I am rejecting this response because it addressed one minor aspect of the complaint, ignored all other complaints and offered no resolution. It did not address the light hanging out of the pool, the damage to ceilings and walls, the broken table, the mousetrap on the counter, the light fixtures half-falling from the ceiling or the overall bad state of the party room and pool area. Even if you take away the frozen fire door and taped up alarm strobe, there were still extreme issues with our experience. I would like to see the issues fixed (the lights secured properly to the ceiling, the wall/ceiling damage repaired, the table replaced and the pool light properly installed in the pool) AND a refund of $93. We had 5 people swimming for less than two hours each and, according to your front desk worker who cussed at me on ********* the hotel charges $15 per person for 2 hours of swimming, which is $75 and we paid $168 total. The money was paid on 11-28-2022 to user "**********" via MC **** by *************************. We would accept the refund directly to the card or either her or myself will come by and pick up a check.

                        I am ******************************* manager from AmericInn By Wyndham At Muscatine, IA. Thank you for the information about my property complaint. Guest name **********; Vah did make a party room reservation on 23 Dec 2022 that day weather was cold and freezing and storm warning. so the exit door has ice but does not hold too open. we can open the door easily.  after receiving this complaint I personally inspected all pool areas nothing any exposed to electrical hazards or the fire door is frozen shut. and also she did file a complaint to the Muscatine fire department regarding fire hazard complaints so the fire department officer went to my hotel and he did inspect my all pool area but he didnt find

    anything wrong. I apologize for this inconvenience. If you need any further information please let me know.

          I am ******************************* manager from Americinn by Wyndham .this business operating by Wyndham franchise rule and regulation. regarding this complaint guest did make reservation 23 December for her daughters birth day . unfortunately that's day weather was too much cold that reason her  all guest she did invited not show up and she did waste all pizza and cake. that's why she made and she did file complaint and create all issue for her refund . before 30 minutes party started she did check party room and pool she told my employees everting perfect . she enjoy pool  with her daughter all time . If she did request to reschedule her party due to cold weather  we are glad to update her party date  instant of  all stupid stuffs get refund.
