  We paid to rent the conference room for a birthday party and when we arrived the day of they doubled booked it on accident , not true Ive heard of them doing this before from others now. They tried to put us in the breakfast lounge area where idk shouldnt their guests paying for rooms be able to get to?? There were hardly any guests in their rooms which shouldve been a key indicator . People with charcoal grills outside and table as I belive they were living in the hotel. So instead they decide to set us next to the pool where it is very very humid and hot and then brought us out some half way working fans to try and keep people cooled down, not the case. So we made due and some people left within ***** minutes as it was to hot in there , we had paid to have the actual room for two hours mind you. Once we went ahead to get into the pool it was ice ice cold hot room and some how pool was ***** degrees. Endured this for 25 minutes and the party who had the conference room starts flooding into the pool room mind you the room has a 25 person capacity , they just start coming in and using the pool and we have all of our birthday gifts out so since around ***** people have now got to use the room and now are bombarding our area we had to pack up and leave , what a nightmare!!! Ruined my childs birthday party ************** close attention to other reviews and dont stay here this hotel has had a huge issue with bed bugs as well which with the folks I saw living at the hotel its no wonder , filthy !!! To bad people like this come into this country buy nice establishment and run them into the ground. I hope they get inspected.

I have discussed this situation with my management teams to ensure it is not repeated.That's day our  new softway has technical error and by error It's book the two party same time . when management find this proble they did try request to  change time or reschedule pool party but they can't becuse they did forward invitation card all guest. so mamagement team try to request both party people collaboration this situation and enjoy your pool party with safety. We did offer 50% discount and next any poolpary in future your both pary family member we did also offer 50% off reguler pool pary rate .   We take great pride in our high standards of cleanliness. Unfortunately, you experienced a time when we obviously did not meet those standards. According to your case. 
  
             Once again, We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. we caused you. If there is anything else we can assist you with in the future, Please don't hesitate to call. We look forward to having you as our guest in the future.    We will give you a 50% discount on your next pool Party  and my hope is that you will allow us another opportunity to serve you.

  Do not stay!!!
  Over priced for filthiness ,
  Hair everywhere, dirty sheets, smelled like smoke, trash underneath beds,
  Toilet handle broke had to lift lid to tank to flush , sink clogged with a huge clump of hair ball.
  Late night violence (gun shot in entryway window)
  Cold hot tub , cold pool , pool bathroom gross!!
  Yard needed mowed .
  Also , most of positive reviews are from employees, I recognize the desk clerk picture on review.
  Do NOT believe the positive reviews.

That's why this happens.when you did call that time pool was hot after this happened. We take great pride in our high standards of cleanliness.
