    I purchased a ticket for our son for ***** ***** camp at *** last spring. There was an option to add on a VIP experience, which was a meet and greet with *****, and an option to purchase up to two ***** ***** signed footballs. This was our sons gift for his 8th birthday. We attended the camp and asked where and when we receive the footballs, no one could give us an answer. We have emailed dozens of times asking where our pre-purchased footballs are and no one will respond. We have done this via email and instagram. What a scam!

    This company is a total scam. My 8 year old son saved up his own money to attend the ***** ***** football camp at ************* for $500. The event was a complete disaster, 2-3 hours waiting in line to get in and out. Disorganized and poorly run to say the least. He spent about 30 seconds total with ***** ***** and was not even able to throw a football the entire camp. While standing in the 2 hour line a staff member came up and took some expensive paint pens for autographs out of my sons hands and did not return them. My son was completely disappointed by the entire thing so I reached out to Octane Football to come up with a resolution. They actually responded via their ******** page on May 03, 2024 and offered to send a signed picture of ***** ***** for my son for the hassle. I agreed since my son was excited and then nothing showed up. I have an 8 year old in tears over it and asking me every day. I followed up and they said that it will ship out at the end of June. Still nothing...I have sent 3 messages to them now with no response. Not sure how a business can be built on broken promises to kids, especially when they claim to be an event for children. I would like them to honor their commitment or offer a refund to my son.

    They advertised a football camp with the bengals ***************************. Then cancelled it, promising an autograph to the kids and for it to be rescheduled. Nothing has been received or rescheduled. Refunds have not been given and my attempt to contact them goes unanswered.

    On June 11th 2024 I purchased a VIP ticket to the ************************* football camp hosted by Octane football camp. During the time of purchase there was a selection to purchase an autographed football for an extra 100 dollars which I selected and paid for. 2 days before the camp I was sent an email from the company that due to a ticketing issue, these footballs were offered by mistake and would not be available. I can understand that part of it as mistakes happen. I was assured on the email received on June 29th 2024 that I would be issued a full refund of 100 dollars for the football I paid for and was not available. The email stated that it would take 5-7 business days to refund. It has now been 2 weeks and all I am getting is a run around. I have reached out to the company several times and my emails have either been completely ignored or I was later told that they are working on getting them signed. I was told the sent an email stating as such and I never received any email stating this. I am simply trying to get my money back from this company for a mistake that they made and they will not own up to it and communicate with me about it at all. I will continue to email and do whatever I can in my power to make sure this situation is rectified.

    On April 21st, my son attended the ******************************* camp. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with my child's experience at the ******************************* football camp.First and foremost, one of the main reasons we decided to enroll our child in this camp was the promise of a locker room tour. However, to our disappointment, this activity never occurred. This false promise not only misled us but also left our child feeling disappointed.The lack of communication and organization throughout the camp was completely unacceptable. Important information, such as schedule changes and updates, was not effectively communicated to the participants or their parents. This lack of clarity and transparency created confusion and frustration among the attendees. We as participants were told to arrive between 12&1 for registration and gates would open at 1. The actual check in process and gates opening didnt begin until 1:30. Considering the significant financial investment we made for this camp, it is extremely disappointing that we did not receive the items and experiences that were promised. Therefore, I am requesting at least a partial refund to compensate for the unfulfilled commitments and the overall unsatisfactory experience.We have contacted the business and the only solution to the problem was to send us an image. After we responded explaining that the solution offered isnt comparable to the locker room tour that was promised and would like a refund, the company didnt respond.
