    We purchased two tickets to the July 14 2024 *************************** youth football camp in ********** and the camp was cancelled a couple days prior to the event. We were told we would receive a new date and a refund if we could not make the new date as well as an autograph item in the mail from ***************************. It has been over a month and we have received nothing. I've emailed multiple times and no one gets back to me. I would never ever do a camp through them again.

    We recently did the ******************************* camp, 4/24/24 in ***********. It was truly a chaotic mess and a big disappointment. They started late, had too many kids (500+), my son didn't have a chance to do all the "skill stations" because there wasn't enough time. Navigating inside the stadium was poorly thought out - the section that they wanted everyone to sit in wasn't big enough to seat all the campers or family members they said could come. That section didn't have field access so when they called the kids down they had to walk up and around and then back over to actually get on the field. They did a "game" that only 3 kids got to participate in while hundreds watched or couldnt see at all. Can't expect ** to have interactions with everyone (especially with that many kiddos) but he also had to take "breaks" where he wasn't even on the field. Thought this was his camp with on field instruction by ** himself? At least that's what was advertised. My son had no interaction with him and was never at a station at the same time as **. There was a lot of staff crowding him, no chance for the paid campers. Trying to get your kid at the end was another big mess and very overwhelming for kids and parents. Many couldnt find each other for a while. Part of the paid basic ticket was a locker room tour. Many kids didnt get to do this. The small group photo included was anywhere from ***** kids. I counted all the pictures. Some kids you couldnt even see their faces. Talked with several families who did either meet and greet/VIP. Didnt get signed items that they paid for or services that were said to be included.It was an oversold camp and they under delivered in every aspect. It wasnt a cheap came either. Octane Football doesn't have the best costumer service either because all I've heard are crickets and I have reached out a few different times. They are very quick to delete comments and reviews on all social media platforms.
