  I ordered a battery and pads for my AED in April 2025. It is now July. Finally received the battery, but no pads. I tried many times to contact the company to no avail. The phone goes unanswered, the voicemails are unheeded, and the emails are never answered. Very poor business practices here. I ordered from them in the past with success. No longer can I say this. Wished I had checked these reviews. My recommendation is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. Unreliable and may indicate company struggling. If I don't get this resolved in short order, I will be contacting my credit card company to begin. Too bad. I wanted this to work, but I am about to give up.

  I ordered a new battery and paid for it on March 10, 2025. I am waiting and finally called March 20 because our AED is non functional without a battery. No answer by phone, so I open their chat and they tell me, they don't ship to ****** which is a lame excuse because they took my payment with my shipping information! This should have been caught at checkout. Then 10 days and I have to initiate the inquiry. Horrible business practice.Dr *. ********

  I ordered an AED battery. It came quickly and well packaged. I had questions about the battery and **** went above and beyond to answer them. I would highly recommend AEDLand.com!

  purchased a defib battery from them. never sent, could not get ahold of anyone for status or a refund. Had to dispute the charge to my CC. horrible service and would not taake a chance to purchase from again as this is a sign a company is going under.

From doing research on your order it appears we reached out through the portal stating we had an alternative battery for you but needed approval. The next communication we received was a chargeback from your credit card. We offer multiple ways to reach out through text and Email both are listed on our site.

  Purchase from ******* with absolute confidence. I had an issue with not receiving emails about an order I'd placed, so I called the company and left a very rude message. The owner responded immediately, and was EXTREMELY professional, patient and kind. Turns out the email account I was using was sending emails from the company straight to my spam folder and like an idiot, I never even checked it before leaving my rude message. My embarrassment at my own behavior is exceeded only by my admiration for the owner of this company, who has earned my business for life, along with my sincere gratitude for his patience and kindness.

  Ordered supplies using my PCard. Needed to cancel the order and resubmit via a different method due to agency policy. Texted the number they provide for customer service multiple times. No reply. Called the number multiple times. No reply. Started a dispute with the credit card company.

  Ordered medical device mid December 2022 and contacted several times (email and text messages) for status update with no response. I understand supplies are short but if there is a delay, I at least would expect the courtesy of a message. It is end of March 2023 and still no response or product. Wasted almost $1,500. Taking this to credit card company and hopefully will get it resolved.

  I had a great conversation with the owner. It's a small business owned by a former EMT. It's not a scam. There have been supply chain issues that he can't help. He does communicate and refund orders that are out-of-stock. I got my order later than usual, but I had a good conversation about why. Reading the other reviews on here, and they're just out of line and not fair to the man who owns this business. He's not Amazon or some big corporation. What has happened to humanity?

  AEDland has had the lowest prices on AED pads than other companies. I have not had any issues with AEDland and would recommend them to anyone.

  Just started doing business w this company. After a rough start they've been great at getting my order to me. They seem to be having supply chain problems beyond their control. That was their problem. Other than that- they have been outstanding in their service and communications. Received product when promised. Can't say anything better!
